i had an amazing quite staycation in the change of altitude condo i loved how clean the condo was and the location was just perfect everything was right there (food,drinks,shopping) can’t forget about the amazing view of the river off the balcony with amazing sunrises and sunsets and how easily it was to get down to the river/park. they had all the kitchenware i would need and the layout of the condo was just amazing so much room and space for all activities, even the fireplace worked!! also they have an amazing pool and hot tub that are in an inclosed space so we could go in the hot tub even when it was only like 28 degrees outside and not be freezing when we got out, this property was an 100/10 best staycation i’ve ever had!!!! also the staff were so nice when helping me with all my questions.

there wasn’t anything too big that i didn’t like only two small things i was cooking every meal and there isn’t any Tupperware at all in the unit i was in but i made do with plastic bags and the only other thing is the picture that was above the bed fell down because the screws were so small we couldn’t find one after it fell out, other than that nothing to major!

The location was lovely. The staff was kind and I felt very safe in the area. So all of those qualities were very comforting and for that reason I would love to stay again another time.

What I didn't like was that it was a little rundown compared to the photos shown on the ad and it was clean by average standards, but one of the bedspreads in the room definitely should have been washed. The other thing that was bad for me was on my budget it was a hard stretch so I wouldn't be able to stay there as often as I might like. A two-night stay was a quarter of my monthly salary, that's after all the added fees.

The outside of the condo complex does not give a good indication of the quality of the accommodation inside. I stayed in the "River me Timbers" condo and was surprised how spacious and well furnished the place was. The view of the Deschutes River was picture perfect and topped the whole PNW experience. Quality was great considering how expensive other accommodation is in Bend. Don't let the exterior of the property fool you.

the checkin process was a bit impersonal... handled mostly through the Booking.com app. But information was thorough and provided well in advance of checkin. The condo was a bit hard to find initially

The condo we stayed in was beautiful and recently renovated. We loved the location next to the Deschutes River and the size of the condo was great. Our dog found herself right at home :)

Our check in experience was not excellent. The code to our condo did not work and the phone number to the front desk was disconnected, so we had to drive back to the front desk to get an extra code to get in our room. The staff was extremely helpful and this was not their fault.

We booked the King Sweet and it was the only one that had a door opening on the river side. It was a few bucks more, but we got to sit out there in the mornings. Nice big room, comfy king size bed, right on the river, within a bike ride from downtown. We would rent it again.

Accidentally booked it for a week too early, and they did change the date for us, but it was a little more money, which they charged us right away without warning.

We were in a bottom floor and you could walk right out of your room with just a short walk to the Deschutes river. We left the sliding glass door open a little bit so you could here the sound of the rapids at night.

Very small room it is basically a studio apartment with a Murphy bed and one couch. If you want to watch TV while you are in bed, forget it. The TV is on the same wall as the headboard.

Condo was very nice and I was very happy to have a patio!! We sat out there in the mornings with our coffee.

We expected the entire condo to be on one level for accessibility to the walk-in shower. We worked it out, but I had specifically asked about this, and was surprised when we walked into the condo and saw the one step up to get to the bed and bath room that had the walk-in shower.

I loved the location and the pet area was easy to access which was wonderful as it was winter. The view of the river was sweet. I enjoyed my stay. I also appreciated the extra bar for the slider as a solo traveler.

The way the furniture was set up felt crowded to me. The heating seemed to be full on or not enough. I was there in a cold snap even for Bend so might have been a situational issue.

the view and access to the river path were excellent. the kitchen was well stocked. access to the highway and local town were easy. loved the makeup washcloth. what a great idea.

The bed was horrible. very hard. I don’t know what the black plastic was over the stove or if we were allowed to take it off. didn’t need to use it but might have. the note on pool door said winter hours. it’s end of may is it still winter hours? there was a musty smell. needed a floor towel for the bathroom. could use another bench near sofa bed for luggage. privacy tint on windows could be a little darker. people definitely looking in at us.

Clean room. Great location right by the river and riverwalk--so beautiful! Also, very close to downtown and right off the highway. There was a nice park right next to the condos for walking the dog. The condo is a nice size and has everything you need for a short or long stay. The heated pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing after a long drive. Strong WiFi. We would definitely stay at Bend Riverside Condos again!

I get migraines easily and the cleaners used to clean the room were very strong. I prefer unscented or more natural cleaners. Once we opened the doors and aired out the condo for a few hours it was much better. Also, in the particular unit we were in (202 "May the Force Be with You") the sound from the unit above was loud during the day. The mornings and evenings were quiet. It was not a big problem for us, but if you are Zoom telecommuting or sleep during the day this may not be the right condo for you.
