The property outside and inside was very clean. It's summer and the pool and hot. tub were open and immaculate as were the grounds (lawns and flowers) were very well maintained. The room was good, as was the AC - functioning well on hot days and the hotel itself looked new. I asked and was told that it was built in 1990 but has had several upgrades. I did not take advantage of the included breakfast -can't comment on that. Overall I highly recommend this hotel- as it was near downtown, restaurants, a brewpub was next door and shopping was a 5-10 minute drive away.

the room was nice, comfortable bed and of a good size for two of us. It had a large TV but we didn't use it, and there were many plugs around the room (for charging devices) and adequate lighting for reading. The bathroom was small and the shower (no bathtub) was small, but worked just fine.

The staff was extremely helpful. I appreciate the flexibility and willingness to accommodate my last-minute reservation change. The hotel has a comfy bed and a very nice outdoor pool! White overstuffed sofas in the 2nd-floor hallway and a community PC for web surfing are nice touches.

The room fridge did not have a freezer. The phone in the room was not working. The staff provided a workaround for both the issues (they put my freezer bags in the kitchen freezer, and to reach the front desk, I could call the main number on my cell).

Attractive comfortable room with food bed. Hot tub was great at night under full moon. Parking was easy, the hotel was not crowded. Walked easily to several good eateries. Across the street there is an observatory. Free and fun look at moon and stars, randomly found.

Breakfast was above average I guess but I would have liked more fresh fruit choices.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The facility was situated near a couple very nice venues, i.e., River's Place and Worthy Brewery. Plus, there was a gas station next door and very easy access to the highway when heading east on Route 20.

The breakfast was rather anemic, but everything else was fine otherwise.

Great location--lots of places to eat, easy access to all of Bend, just off the highway yet quiet. Good breakfast.

Cable TV didn't work; front desk assured me maintenance could swap out the cable box. No one even came to check it out. Next shift front desk said maintenance had left for the day... sorry. They did let us change rooms, but what a hassle.

Everything except that the pool/tub doesn’t open until 9:00 a.m. most places open at 8:00. I booked this place, especially for the hot tub and pool, but we needed to get about our day and 9:00 was too late to use.

The breadbasket is not great. OK, but not great.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff members were uniformly helpful. Example: They had quarters at the desk to trade for dollar bills for the washing machine/dryers. They made sure we had a room that was close to the front desk, because one of us has mobility issues. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices from eggs/sausage to bagels/cream cheese to yogurt and toast or cereal. Good coffee. Parking was easy. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Very, very comfortable beds!

The location was about 2 miles from downtown, a bit further than we would have liked. But really OK.

Convenient location. Nice toiletries provided. Front desk staff cheerful and helpful. Laundry facilities were good but need a place for folding laundry

It was all good. Pool and hot tub looked nice but didn’t have the energy to use after a long drive

The location was close to where I had to take my mom for a sleep study. She got out at 6:00 a.m. and we came back and slept some more. There was a nice selection at breakfast too :)

I appreciate that there was a microwave in the room. I made some popcorn. But I noticed that the microwave smelled like burned popcorn from a previous guest. It did not look dirty on the inside, so perhaps nothing could be done about that.
