We liked the location and how peaceful it was.

We did have one issue when running out of toilet paper. When we asked the front desk for more, we were informed it was locked up, and only housekeeping could access it. We would have to wait a couple of hours for them to arrive. What? My friend went down about an hour later, and the lady gave her a roll a coworker used to blow her nose. Give the front desk accessibility to items your guests may need. Thank you!

Right in town. Easy to get to shops and restaurants.

Never enough pillows. King size bed, 3 pillows. Never enough towels. And why is it that the handicap rooms are always on the 2nd floor and 3/4 of the way down the hall? Handicap people, fire...can't use elevator...all the way to the end of the hallway??

was clean not a roach motel, did not to be a place where the drug dealers go, very clean and quiet. but we we just spent the night there to get to our destination.

its a motel 6 reasonaBLE rate, spent 8 hours there, a place to sleep. the question above is what i didnt like, . 190 dollars just for a bed to sleep on for eight hours expensive rent.

Things were very clean inside and in the parking lot.

The surrounding grounds did have quite a big of rubbish. It would have been nice for the old fashioned accommodations; bible, coffee pot, hair dryer, kleelex. I sure wish you had a pool. Thank you.

Needed a place to stay overnight while visiting family. I also needed to switch my rental. It was convenient, clean and inexpensive. It was exactly what I needed. Parking was close to the building and as I was traveling alone, I appreciated the security.

The facility is in need of a remodel. The carpets are tired and stained but clean. The bedding was comfortable but older. It would be nice to have some place to buy snacks or sodas. A deep cleaning in the common areas would be a good idea. I think there is some renovation going on as there were some construction items in the parking lot.

Great staff, very accommodating and helpful with a medical issue we had. Room was great for the price and the location was perfect for travelling through town. Will stay there again on our return trip back home.

We could find no fault with our stay

This motel never disappoints. I have stayed here many times. The rooms are very simple but very clean, mine was surprisingly quiet, considering I was right next to the elevator! This is a great value in the Redmond area. Thank you!

Other than that, everything else was good. Really should consider getting shower heads with a shut off valve. It’s easier to soap up with the shower paused, saves water (plus for conservation minded guests), and lowers your overhead (plus for profits/shareholders).

Woman at front desk wasn’t particularly friendly. Bed was uncomfortably soft.

Your front desk clerk, Gandi, he was awesome. He took care of us quickly, thoroughly professionally, and, was a wealth of local "what's up" information! Plus he gave me $20 cash to write this review!!- not really- I'm just kidding!!

The vending machine near the front office took my $ but wouldn't give me the item I selected and there was no change available from the front desk. Other than that my stay was great!!

it was last minute but got right in. staff was amazing. had my dog which was not charged for, and made it much easier. Will use them for all my travels. thanks for a very pleasant stay.
