The room was spacious and complete with kitchen and fridge. The bathroom also spacious and comfortable with nice shower. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, I am to the point of purchasing the same pillows at the Westin website. My room was facing the Pioneer Park and I feel so relax every morning doing yoga looking at the beautiful trees and listening to the birds singing. The breakfast is complimentary and it is very good and healthy choices from hot tacos to fruits. Coffee, tea and water with fruits infused are 24 hours and they put some green apples too for snacks. The lobby sitting areas and sitting areas outside with campfire is beautiful and great place to relax. The hotel is walking distance 15-20 minutes to downtown. I love to walk from Pioneer Park to Drake Park, it's very beautiful and peaceful. I feel my 5 nights stay is not enough in Bend.

Unfortunately there's construction on going near the road there causing detour but there is no noise of disturbance of that.

Loved the atmosphere and cleanliness. Loved the big size of the room, and the comfortable bed and pillows. The price was also great, although when booking I think there should be a mention that there is a ten dollar fee for each vehicle. The staff was all very friendly, HOWEVER, when we arrived a little after our check in-time at four, we were told that our rooms were not ready. The woman at the front desk told us that it would likely be not more than 30 minutes, and CERTAINLY not after 5. She took my phone number so that she could call me when the rooms were ready. After waiting in the parking lot, at 5 we had still not gotten a call. Long story short, our rooms were not ready until after 5:30. Not the end of the world, but the big problem is that the woman checking us in looked intoxicated or potentially on drugs. She was trying to be friendly, but it seemed like she was struggling to even finish her sentences. We are not sure if that contributed to the delays with our rooms being ready.

Well appointed, nice decor, enjoyed the kitchenette in the room, the hallways were quiet, enjoyed the length of the breakfast offerings. Staff were friendly, and check in and out went smoothly.

Nice location, street was closed down so there wasn't an easy access to downtown like we hoped (but this wasn't the hotel's fault) - just inconvenient. The breakfast was good, but it was hard to find a clean plate, bowl, etc....once things ran out, there wasn't anyone around restocking items, so it felt pretty bare bones. What was there, however, was good and I liked all the GF options. I think it just needed a little more attention. The young man cooking the breakfast special, though, was really personable and enjoyed his job, you could tell. Overall it was a good stay.

Great spacious room for 4 (including 2 teenagers). Really comfortable. Awesome breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Inviting outdoor space with fire pit. Enjoyable happy hour in the evening. I have to call out the front desk staff - they were incredibly nice and helpful.

We’d hope to use the pullout bed but it was not comfortable (not well padded and you could feel the springs) so our teens had to share the queen bed. Also the pullout bed out bed had dome debris from previous guests in it).

Modern hotel with suites/mini suites and excellent public areas and facilities. Active individual look with great art work emphasizing bicycling and outdoor sports..Cooked to order breakfast every morning plus fruit yogurt cereal etc. Perfect location across the street from one of Bend’s many riverfront parks, easy walk into downtown. Easy highway access to the areas many attractions. Best place to stay in Bend.

I didn’t like the fact you need a card to open the front door to the facility during breakfast time. I stayed one night because I had my kids playing soccer for a tournament. We went out to the car to take back our luggage/equipment to the car then we were going to have breakfast.. when we were heading back into the building the doors we close. I never realized or never seen a front door of a welcoming hotel to have an option to go in..Honestly I felt very uncomfortable due to waiting in front of the door for a couple seconds to be open awhile people were having breakfast. I walked in the just give my check out keys I told my kids to get something quick to leave the hotel..

Modern, stylish clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, only a short walk from downtown Bend. The complimentary breakfast was excellent offering hot and continental alternatives. And Happy Hour, with complimentary wine, beer and nibbles was a fine way to start the evening. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately there wasn’t a room facing the park - ours faced the highway. However the noise of the traffic wasn’t intrusive

The breakfast was nice. Besides the muffins, cereal and yogurt, they made a little breakfast item as well. We had sausage and strawberry cheese blintzes one day. I liked having cold fruit infused water daily. Our room was a mini-suite. We used both the kitchen and the sofa. The shower was powerful and the bed was comfortable. I walked into town one day and it was not too far.

The room description on the website said, “City view.” Our view was the parking lot and freeway. If you stay here, I suggest you get a room on the other side, across from the park. Also, we were there 2 nights but never had maid service. I am not sure why that was?

Terrific location, next to the park and river walk! The daily breakfast was very good. "Happy Hour" and complementary wine and beer a treat. The shower was excellent. I was worried about the pet policy due to allergies, but the entire facility was very clean and I didn't have any issues.

Always wish the window(s) would open for fresh air. Coffee could be stronger. Could use a pot holder in kitchen area.

We liked the indoor heated pool so we could do laps in the morning, and then since it wasn't a bath water hot pool we enjoyed warming back up in the hot tub getting muscles relaxed by the jets of water. The staff were also very accommodating helping us quickly and pleasantly with any needs.

The fact that the hot tub could not be used the last 2 days of our stay and that the pool got cold after cleaning. In fact so cold we didn't want to do laps the last day. We don't eat breakfast so didn't take advantage of that, but did enjoy a couple of cups of coffee each morning.
