It was quiet, guests kept to themselves, there wasn’t a lot of foot traffic, which was great, my dogs don’t do so well if they hear a lot going on outside. It was somewhat confusing on where the dog area was, if off or on leash was preferred. But we always cleaned up after our pets. Although the cabin was small, I was able to organize and store all of our belongings, food, snacks, drinks with the storage provided inside. I was grateful for the broom, the grass had been mowed recently and either sprinklers or dew made the grass stick to our shoes & paws! The cabin was very well insulated, the AC unit was plugged in and turned off at night, I was afraid to leave the window open in the front by the door, due to a peas size hole. We had an amazing week, weather permitting.

There’s no privacy in the bathroom, it’s a sliding closet door and stand in shower. The cabins are cozy, it doesn’t feel like a lot of space but there enough space for 2 adults, a dog crate and the little sitting area. The bedroom had no space, the bathroom sink had no counter space.

Cute little cabins in an excellent location. Porch is very relaxing in the morning while enjoying the sunrise with coffee. Cabins are clean and comfortable overall. We look forward to staying there again. Owners were very responsive and helpful 😊

Just know that the cabins are very small...like tiny inside. Don't plan on bringing any luggage etc. Getting out of bed is an Olympic challenge to use the bathroom etc. If you aren't on the bathroom side. I wouldn't necessarily say that it's a bad thing, however just be aware and plan accordingly. It is fine for a couple for one evening but I wouldn't want to stay there for a week. Bed was also a bit soft and caved in the middle from heavy usage apparently 😎

I enjoyed my stay at CRRC. The place is lovely, and the staff quickly assisted me when planning and booking my trip. I loved the Cabins, and the views were astonishingly beautiful. My room size was way larger than anticipated, with plenty of chairs and sitting places. I enjoyed having tables and chairs to eat, a couch to read, and a reclining chair for watching TV. The grounds were tranquil, which was nice, especially at night, because it allowed me to view the beautiful stars in the sky at night. I loved everything about CRRC; it will definitely be my go-to for this area!

We loved the location and the beautiful scenery—it made for such a relaxing stay. The welcome candy was a big hit with our kids, and the personalized sign was such a thoughtful touch. The outdoor games provided were a lot of fun and added to the experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time and really appreciated all the details that made the stay special.

The only small thing we noticed was that we couldn’t find a Frisbee for the Frisbee golf, which would’ve been great to have.

Cozy, cute little cabin for 2 for a great price!!. The owner was extremely efficient and helpful when I messaged her. There were great little personal touches added to make you feel welcome.The cabin was clean...it even smelled clean! The bed was soft and very comfortable. Pillows and towels were good quality as well. Easy self check in and out. The grounds had BBQs, corn hole games, frisbee golf area, playground equipment and LOTS of lush green grass to run around on. We saw 2 small bunnies hopping around. The view is great too. The unit is about 15 min from Smith Rock State park - a must see - especially if you are a hiker or mountain climber 😉 The price was VERY reasonable!! We loved our stay! A solid 9.5 rating !!

The cabin space is tight - but fine for 2 people. It could use a second tv folding table in case you want to eat inside on the couch (no indoor table - personal picnic table outside only). A note to others that there is no stove top in the kitchenette, just the outdoor shared BBQs. Parking between the cabins was tight for our larger SUV - but my husband managed. NONE of these things would keep us from returning again. A great place!!

The rooms were so spacious and the deck was awesome! We loved the view! I would highly recommend this property to anyone I know! I have stayed here before ( in the Chalet) and will stay here again!! We loved our whole experience!

I wish that there were more bath towels in the rooms. There should be 2 each, especially if you’re wanting to wash your hair. I also wish that there were an extra blanket or two in the rooms. Those are minor requests and wouldn’t stop me from giving the property a 10 rating.

Great little cottage unit in a unique scenic location. Quiet and clean. The outside area makes the small inside work. Beautiful grassy lawn right outside your door with a nice little playground for the kids. Great canyon views. The outside pool is busy but large and lively. We had a blast staying here.

Just small gripes, nothign big. The units are VERY small. With 2 kids we made it work comfortably, but I don't recommend trying to fit 4 adults in one of these cabins. As I said, having the outside area makes the small inside work. Parking is a bit tight and the location is a bit of a drive from the main highway. Worth it though, even for a one night stay.

The cabin was very cute. Late check-out time was helpful for us! The kids loved all of the animal life around (rabbits, snakes, lizards). We enjoyed that location was close to hiking and hiked down to beautiful Steelhead falls. The price was good also, and loved having a cupboard of dishes and fresh coffee. AC worked great too even though it was 100 degrees out!

The bedding for the pull-out couch was minimal. We only had a bottom sheet and one quilt, and my daughter told me she was cold in the morning. There were no extra pillows stocked for it either. This was fine for us though, since I was the only one using the queen bed and could share my pillows.

What a great location, convenient and private. Everyone says the cabins are real small but we (my wife and 1yr old) found them to be very comfortable. It was clean and cozy. The temp got down to 32 and we were very warm. The self check in system is a little different, however the text and messaging responses were very prompt and helpful. Nothing but good things to say.

Wish we could have spent more time in the area. We were only passing through on a long drive, so we left early.

We stayed on the second floor of the lodge. Very spacious room/kitchen - space was well thought through and had everything we needed plus nice decoration. We enjoyed our 2-night stay close to Smith Rock State park. The second floor has a very nice terrace with great view. It was too cold during our stay to hang out on the terrace, but should be fun during warmer weather.

Really nothing much to mention - this was one of our favorite accommodations during the trip.
