The hotel was very quaint despite being right off of highway 26 (which was also very convenient!) Friendly staff, tidy and quiet, the room was clean and bed was comfy. Plenty of convenient parking next to all rooms as there are several buildings. The indoor pool was also clean. Next door, there is a good inexpensive Mexican restaurant. I think it is a very good value for the price, and I'll say here again.

The staff were all very friendly and ready to help. The price was fantastic after spending so much on this road trip! We chose to stay here on our way south and again on our way back home. We were able to grab food quickly at Safeway and restaurants that were very close by. We were comfortable and felt safe.

We stayed one night on our road trip south and then again on our trip back home. The room we stayed in on our first night was clean. On the way home we were in a room that looked more "used." The carpet and bed spread were stained.

Very good location, walking distance to a good Mexican restaurant and a market near by. Owner/staffs were so friendly and thoughtful, I even went back a week after again. I will always stay there when I'm in Madras. Big parking spaces. The comfortable and clean bed. The room is spacious. I absolutely loved quietness as well, and they have indoor swimming pool but I haven't used.

Everything was clean and comfortable staff was very pleasant and friendly and rooms were quiet all the equipment worked well and hot water in the shower which was really nice

Didn't like the toilets they were too small too close to the floor they were hard to get up off of I know that may sound funny but for an old guy with weak knees they need to change that

The staff is very friendly and professional, the location is very convenient, and they’re very accommodating to dogs. It was accessible, and we had no issues getting a ground floor room.

The window blinds were knocked off the rails and wouldn’t close, so we needed to fix those before getting ready for bed; otherwise the windows would let anyone see in. They were easily fixed, just a hassle when we were already very tired.

Very comfortable king bed. Convenient property setup where you can park right next to your building. AC worked well. Great stop on our road trip right on hwy 97.

Room smelled a little smoky at first. Indoor pool smelled a little musty but was building was clean.

Pet friendly room was good. It didn't smell like pets as some places do. Close to Safeway, restaurants and highway. Pet area convenient to room location.

Fridge not clean. Hard beds. Large rock areas for pet potty area. No grass. Breakfast was very poor. Burnt eggs, butter was multi-use not single use, no waffles, no Danish, 1 type muffin cut into 5ths. Serious help in those areas. 1 outlet to charge phones/tablets. Not electronic accessories acceptable. Would need an extension cord to use bathroom sink outlet while in bed.

Good location, clean and relatively quiet (located right on Highway 26) Good Mexican restaurant across the street and Safeway grocery a block away.

Breakfast could use improvement, the only thing offered was dry cereal (not even oatmeal packets) and coffee. No juice or even yogurt. They had a dining area and large counter space but nothing there.

For a Buget Inn this one was exception. Don't usually stay at Buget Inn's, but had to out of necessity and was quite surprised. Price was also right. Will stay again. Nice Mexican restaurant a few steps away.Very satified

There was nothing I didn't like.

The comfort of the bed and location of room!!

The very low height of the commode which makes it for persons with knee problems, once seated, very difficult to pull themselves u. Also grab bars in the tub/shower area are highly recommended.
