The hotel was beautiful and staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable with a lovely kitchenette that made preparing food for our 2 year old so much easier than it normally would be at a hotel. It had free wifi in the room and convenient outlet locations for charging multiple devices out of the reach of an enthusiastic 2 year old. It had a very nice personal AC unit as well. The free breakfast is served on the third floor with a beautiful view to enjoy as you eat and a terrace with outdoor seating.

Our room didn't have a view but we hadn't requested one so that's not their fault. You can only leave the parking area onto one direction of the highway which was pretty inconvenient.

The breakfast was tasty. The bed was comfortable. The little portable laptop table was a plus, to give us a place for books and glasses on both sides of the bed. The staff members who greeted us as we checked in and out (one of whom was the owner) were friendly and helpful.

We always like to have bedside tables and lamps on both sides of the bed, so that we have a place to put our books and glasses. We drive a plug-in hybrid. It would be great if the Inn at Cross Keys Station/The Bunkhouse had an EV charging station (which accommodates all types of plug-in connections, not just the fast chargers,) Considering the amount of sunshine available in Madras in the summer, the expense could be offset by installing solar panels.

We loved the decor and overall aesthetic of the hotel. Everything looked new and very well-maintained. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was better than your typical hotel breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck on the 3rd floor with lovely views and spent quite a bit of time there in the evening and the next day.

There wasn't much in the vicinity of the hotel. We wished the hotel had a pool. Also, it would be nice if the decor incorporated elements that would honor the multicultural community and the proximity to Warm Springs.

The property is new and it feels that way. It’s decorate nicely and very clean. They do have breakfast in the morning but I missed it so I’m unable to say how the food was. All in all, this may be the best place to stay in the area.

My ONLY complaint is if you check in late, there may not be someone at the desk due to them doing multiple other things. Just call the phone number and they will come right down.

Location is good..literally steps across parking lot from Cross Keys. Room’s very clean. Ambiance was good..all cowboy themed. There is a partially enclosed balcony off the dining area that would be great during warmer weather for enjoying breakfast. The automatic pancake maker was entertaining. Beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was not good. Food was cold or gone. Sausages not looking cooked for instance. Coffee was cold In carafe. Attendant didn’t seem to keep up on it. The bed pillows were very soft but enormously puffy. As a cpap wearer, pillows made mask wearing more difficult.

Everything was 1st class, facility was spotless, super comfy beds, excellent breakfast in a exceptionally nice breakfast lounge, with an incredible view and outdoor balcony seating. I could go on and on but what really sets this facility apart and makes it special: it is a showcase for the owner's decorating/design talent, which is not unexpectedly of a Western theme but with a lot of individual personality and creativity, something extremely rare in today's corporate chain owned landscape. the lobby is the central showcase but you will find examples throughout, my highest compliments to the proprietors of the Bunk House. I give the Bunk House my highest recommendation with one exception, you may want to stay at their sister property next door which I was told is spectacular as well, but unfortunately because we were on a tight schedule did not have time to visit.

This place is so wonderful!! Clean and comfortable. Great balcony for guests to sit in the evening or have breakfast in the morning. The decor is amazing. Kind and helpful staff. My favorite hotel so far on our month long trip.

I booked a mt view room through booking.com. I got a room that looked out at a big pile of rocks. Everything else was so lovely that I still gave it a 10.

It's a beautiful hotel. The decor is amazing. The beds were comfortable. Staff is wonderful & friendly. Our room was super comfy. There is a wonderful fireplace on the third floor where you can sit, it's indoor & on the outdoor patio. Beautiful. The free breakfast was great!

There is no pool. But on the bright side it's sister hotel super close by, we are allowed to use theirs.

Theme, clean, breakfast

Lack of activities. Providing a selection of board games for families would be nice. Definitely missing a pool, but hopefully that will come once the place has been in business a while. Breakfast could’ve ended at 10am… 10 is still morning :)

Absolutely everything about this place was wonderful. I LOVED walking into my room and smelling leather!! Maybe it’s just me but I loved that 😀 The designer gets an A++++ The wood accents, oh my gosh, everything in the hotel was so perfectly thought out. Great place to stay!
