We have stayed at every hotel motel there is in prineville and this is definitely the best in my opinion. The breakfast and snack items are always a hit. The pool and hot tub are great too. Rooms are clean and comfy and staff is always friendly.

The back door was broken so we couldn't park and get in. I had to walk all the way around to the front entrance which I normally wouldn't mind but traveling by myself with 2 small kids (one sleeping) at night made it difficult to carry in all our stuff. Normally there are carts but they must have been in use. The room was way more expensive than it usually is but was worth it take a trip to see family.

Love the location, the staff, the size of rooms, breakfast, bathroom is great for ADA shower, everything. It’s our go to when in Prineville I love the bags at breakfast to grab and go food to take on the road! We will be back

The bed in 116 is too hard and broken down. Room 116 is ADA but there wasn’t enough room at the end of the bed to get my daughters chair past easily. There were dogs in the rooms across the hall that barked much of the night from 3:00 am on. Not the fault of the hotel but inconvenient for others. Breakfast was pretty cleared out by 7:30 due to the HS track team being there (60 teenage athletes eat a lot) the cost is more here that Best Western. Used to be the opposite. Not worth the $150 offseason any more. (Was $97 just 2 years ago same weekend)

The staff were very nice! The hotel and room were clean, comfortable, and safe. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. They have a full breakfast with a large variety of food. Nice amenities, though we didn’t use the workout room or pool. This was our second stay and we’d definitely stay again.

There isn’t much in the way of protein at the breakfast for vegetarians or those who don’t eat pork. The carpet on the second floor is buckling and someone could trip. The toilet paper isn’t very soft and the towels are thin but they do the job.

We're staying in this hotel for the second time, and we love the facilities, rooms, and pool with a hot tub. It's in a great location if you're planning to explore Painter Hills. The breakfast is good.

One thing that stands out about this hotel is its complete disregard for sustainability. It's the second time for me, and I feel guilty every time I eat breakfast there. Everything is wrapped in single-use plastic, including the cutlery and plates. Most surprisingly, even plastic(!) single-use cups are wrapped in plastic bags!!! Why?! The amount of landfills created during breakfast is unbelievable; it shouldn't be like that in 2024.

Location was convenient - next to gas station and many food options within walking distance. Rooms were large and clean. They use higher quality soaps and shampoos that actually lather up and don’t feel like water. Best part was they do a REAL full breakfast, which we haven’t had at any place in years. This includes fresh baked waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, a variety of baked goods and other snacks like yogurt, apple sauce, Uncrustables, juices, and coffee. Lobby was very cozy looking. Great price for an amazing stay.

Coffee machine in the room needs to be cleaned…but at least there’s coffee in the lobby too.

My room was generous - clean - and felt new and updated. I wished I had time for the pool as it also looked clean and welcoming. The breakfast also was well stocked with a huge variety of hot and cold items.

My bed had a waterproof mattress pad that sounded (and felt) like plastic. The bed itelf was comfy but the feel/sound of the mattress pad was kinda offputting. I had already opened up the bed and piled my stuff on the other bed - so I just slept in the crinkly bed - not wanting housekeeping to have to make up two beds for 1 person.

The daytime Manager is friendly, courteous and professional. Their indoor swimming pool and hot tub are well maintained. Breakfast is Good. Location is convenient and close to Restaurants, Pizza, pharmacy and Grocery Stores. One hour from Painted Hills and John Day Fossil Beds Attractions. Check in and out were seamless.

Not a big deal but the only thing I would recommend as a policy change is the acceptance of cash because not all guests would want to swipe credit cards die to international exchange rates and high fees. Breakfast area got a bit congested sometimes.

Lots of choices for breakfast. Eggs and sausage were dry but a little gravy helped. The lobby was very nice and the ice machine was handy. The location was great with easy access to the hwy.

The noise the night we checked in was very annoying. The doors were not a soft close type so everyone slammed the doors all up and down the hall. Also the fans in the bathrooms were extremely loud so when the people above us showered late at night it woke us up.

Great location, great staff, amazing amenities such as pool breakfast complementary cookies vending machines everywhere. Easy to get to and from the rooms

The only thing that could be better is the elevator. It’s super slow and only one available. Faster to take the stairs and we were on the 3rd floor.

Room view overlooking well lit gas station whose lights lit up our room! Even though the curtains didn't close enough to block the lights, we were used to sleeping in light because we sleep in light nights every summer at our cabin in Northern Sweden. Your accommodations were very comfortable and we were happy to stay at your hotel!!
