Great location, staff and cleanliness throughout. Our room had all the basics for a comfortable stay. Theme of the place was around a number of cute bronze sculptures laced around the property, making it whimsical and friendly. In Our case, booked the room, and I thought it was pet friendly (having stayed at previous Best Westerns throughout Oregon with our dog), and when checking in, discovered it was not pet friendly (even though we saw a designated pet pee area next to the parking lot). As a result, my husband drove our dog back home and did not attend the event we’d planned that evening in Prineville. I ended up going as a single and gotta ride home with friends the next morning. When booking, I always start out checking the box for Pet Friendly places, but apparently it wasn’t checked, or their policy recently changed, and I went on previous Best Western stays.

The hall carpets looked like they needed a really good cleaning, or updating.

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was yummy and the pool was fun.

The first time in the pool someone who worked there brought their kids and wife. his children were purposely splashing near my baby so that made me mad because we were paying for the pool and they just go for fun. The next time we went to the pool there were very respectful older people so my son got swim a little. I liked that it was very close to the park and a grocery store. And we were able to bring our service dog.

Everything is great about this place. I don’t have anything negative to say about this place. I would have rated it a 10 but only gave an 8 and the reason why is because I have difficultly with the keys working throughout the trips. I have stayed here at least 5 times now and every time I get locked out because the keys stop working.

The front desk staff was amazing and friendly. I needed forks and she had a line of guests and kindly stepped away to get me some so I didn’t have to wait.

The location is perfect for being close to dining and night life.

Breakfast & indoor pool & hot tub were a plus. Staff was nice & helpful. Bed was comfortable.

The coffee table had residue from previous guests - looked like spilled drinks/food. Tissue dispenser was empty. (Not super important but we happened to need tissue). Tub kept clogging due-to broken tub "plug".

This was a nice hotel. It had a hot tub and swimming pool, which felt nice after a long day of traveling or hiking. The staff was polite and courteous. The beds were nice, we all woke up refreshed. I am not a breakfast eater, but my husband was very happy with all the choices. His favorites were the sausage and a blueberry granola bar.

The lighting in the bathroom is not super bright. This could be good because you can not see the winkles. I just do not have the best eyesight. When applying makeup I take off my glasses so because of this I like harsh bright light so I can see.

supposed to be able to check in at 2:00. we arrived at 2:45 and they didn’t know if there was a clean room. my daughter is handicapped and I needed to change her brief and be at our appointment at 3:30. I was able to get into a room and do my job and get to the appointment in time. It was just weird that they didn’t have rooms ready on time. We also didn’t have a working TV. They were supposed to adjust the bill but my account shows no adjustment yet.

Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs and bacon. The decor was tasteful and interesting. The room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

my only issue was the smell in the room - not sure what it was. But all the rest was great.
