The variety of food at breakfast was fantastic! The hotel theme (decor) was cool and well done. The beds were comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly.

We had a family of 4 in a double queen room, however we were only given two bath towels and three washcloths upon our arrival. The next morning, I left a note for housekeeping that we needed 4 washcloths and towels. When we returned late that night, the note was gone, but again only three washcloths and two towels were left. When you know you have 4 people coming to occupy a room, stock that room with the appropriate number of towels so the guest doesn't have to keep asking for more. Also, we ran out of Kleenex and had to track down housekeeping to get a new box.

Very nice staff!!! Super clean room and bathroom. Nice selection for breakfast. They have "dedicated" hours for adults to use the pool and hot tub without kids. But it wasn't enforced. Nice attempt though.

The shower was pretty bad. The shower head was absolutely horrible! It either sprayed to cut you in half or sprayed in a wide open cone. Not to mention, the tub was so slippery. Another thing that bugged me was the kids constantly running through the hotel. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything - children screaming, any kind of movement, rough housing, etc.

The room was spacious and comfortabe. There was a good selection of premium channels available. The breakfast was good, as well. The main entrance was very nice. The location was easy to find and access. Plenty of parking.The front desk person was very friendy and upbeat. The WiFi access was effective.

The bathroom may have had ventilation, but it was hard to tell if it was working since there wasn't a switch and a fan sound wasn't heard. The workout room didn't include weight machines or free weights

I book this property because it has a hot tub and pool. Sunday 6 am we went to use pool and hot tub . After soaking I went to the pool dove in and swam a few laps and back to soak in the hot tub. My second set of swimming in the pool ended when my traveling companion went to get into the pool and happened to notice what looked like either a baby diaper or a sanitary napkin for a woman on the bottom of the pool and pieces of poop floating in the water.  This traumatized me and I’ve had nightmares since. I reported this to the front desk and was told someone from management would call me on Monday … no call as of yet. Obviously, the night person who shuts down the pool in the hot tub did not do their job completely.

Large rooms, handsome decor, clean, beautiful landscaping out front, good breakfast. Nice pool/spa. Excellent location on the edge of Madras. Convenient Safeway grocery just across the street.

There was insufficient sound-proofing between rooms, and from overhead -- particularly with hard floors (rather than sound-absorbing carpeting). So, we were somewhat bothered by transmitted noise.

The Property was beautiful and well kept. Was disappointed no one comes in to replace towels and coffee.

We Understood. This was a best Western and expected to get a discount. The property looked exactly like the best western. We stayed at in Lapine personally talked to said they are not part of best Western Innwe would not get a discount. We have the best westerns rewards card. If we can’t get a discount through Booking.com, we will not use them again and go directly to the motel to make a reservation.

The King bed room was comfortable with a couch and desk. The bed was comfortable. We used the refrigerator and microwave to heat up meals we had brought. The breakfast was excellent, and the ambience of the lobby and dining room is very grand. We chose this hotel because we had stayed here before and it is close to the Polka Dot Agate Mine where we dug large thunder eggs. It is also a short jaunt to Smith Rock State Park.

I loved the whole place from the pool to the staff members. The sap was amazing The only thing I would say they can improve on is the gym but it was still great to have a place to work out. I would go back and would tell all my family and friends to go here.

Breakfast was great the indoor pool and hot tub was amazing.

I slipped in the pool area injured my right knee I was not informed that I needed to go to the front desk and report it because the maintenance guy told them. I was in so much pain I could not walk and my husband didn't think about either. I mentioned to the front desk when I left they informed me that he would fill in out. Now I am off work for one week. The hotel told me it was too late to file an incident report. I might have to have surgery and the hotel will not even file an incident report or do anything for me.

The facilities were tastefully designed including the decor, layout & landscaping. The bed/bedding was very comfortable & the air conditioning was a welcome feature on the warm day of our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings included & found the staff at the front desk to be very helpful & pleasant.

The upper parking levels were a bit steep to access on foot for us seniors. On the upside, the hillside location of the facility & parking lot provided nice views of the surrounding area.
