The front desk lady was seriously the best! She has such great customer service, funny, charming, and definitely put us in a great mood with big smiles! Would stay again just for the customer service we got with her. Location was perfect! My event was at the fairgrounds and it was perfect plus the discount at Applebee's for the hotel stay was a nice touch.

The beds were so uncomfortable, so hard and not cozy at all. Pillows were ok I usually take my own anyway so it wasn't a big deal for me. But the beds, horrid definitely the only reason for the lower score.

The location was very convenient and in a nice area. The lobby and hotel were clean and inviting. Breakfast had a nice selection and the pancake machine was pretty cool, Didn't take advantage of the pool or hot tub but saw others using it and it seemed like a nice area. Room was spacious, comfy and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Not to be picky, but as a veteran of the US Navy and my husband, a veteran of the US Army, we noticed your American flag was well past it service. Really to be replaced, and if you're going to fly old glory at night, she needs to be illuminated.

The room was clean and some items in the room seemed new, such as the towels, mattress, and curtains. The location was very convenient to the Deschutes County Fairgrounds where we were attending an event. This hotel was more economical than most in the area.

The carpets, while seeming as clean as possible, need replacing.

Great location

It needs updating. Rugs throughout the facility need replaced. Worn edges and spots. Caulking in hot tub needs replaced. Pool was dirty looking even though heater was not working. Screens on window were not fit correctly(bent). Hair dryer in bathroom was not working. Owner should consider updating the whole facility.

Clean and comfortable room. Swimming pool and hot tub were great. Laundry facilities very good.

Wifi didn’t work in our room. Staff at reception were very helpful and tried to sort it out but then asked us to call the Internet company. It’s not our job to sort it out. Worked fine in the breakfast area so we sat there to work.

hard to compare american breakfasts after traveling in Europe, but it had the basics, and was free, which I very much appreciate. Was totally sufficient.

A very nice stay convenient to everything in Redmond. A quick walk to convenience store and a couple of restaurants. The breakfast is easy to grab and go.

Convenient location. Room was reasonable and clean. Staff was seen to walk and check perimeter of building. Mostly quiet throughout night.

Room smelled stale when we first entered, but after A/C ran it resolved & was fine. Neighbors talked into late night, but sounds were muffled and not too noisy (adequate wall insulation).
