Room was very clean with updated bathroom, nice breakfast, decent fitness room, W/D available, all at a really good rate. Staff was extremely kind and helpful when I had to cut the visit short due to illness. Location is close to park, bike trail, and downtown businesses.

This is more about the town of Madras, I guess. The main street is the highway, so it’s very busy, not a nice place to stroll. Also, many businesses have closed up. It made the convenient downtown location a little less so.

The office lady Heather was a delight. very friendly and helpful.

The parking lot had rocks blocking off some spots closest to the room. The entry door to the room had that "kicked in and then repaired quickly" look and feel about it. The shower worked ok but there wasn't anywhere to hang a towel, and the toilet paper dispenser was loose on the wall causing the roll to fall off. For the price and short availability I have no complaints, just feedback.

The breakfast was great. We really enjoyed it. Nice selection. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I requested an ADA room as I was traveling with a disabled passenger. The bathroom was so nice. It was huge and she appreciated having the walk-in shower with bench.

The pool and hot tub had leaves and debris so did not use.

Very clean. Well kept property. I was a bit stressed getting to the property, as it was evening commute and one way streets. Upon arriving, Heather, the evening manager, was great. Her friendly attitude and demeanor, allowed me to totally relax. Prior to this, I called their customer service, unfortunately I cannot remember his name, was great. He stayed on the phone until I had reached my destination! How’s that for customer service!

Maybe a few more items for their breakfast.

The breakfast was good with a nice variety of food served in a pleasant and clean sitting area. I appreciated getting the special accommodations I requested when booking my reservation. It was so helpful to have a 1st floor room with a parking space nearby because of my physical limitations. When I inquired at check-in the staff provided a nice restaurant recommendation within close walking distance for an enjoyable dinner. I also liked that the hotel was easy to find right on my main travel route.

Nothing. I thoroughly enjoyed my 1 night stay at the hotel.

The pool was great. The breakfast was great and the staff were very nice. The room was also very nice.

Only down side was some person starting smoking weed outside by our room and we had to shut off the A/C because the smell was coming into our room through the unit. Not the fault of the property or the staff.

Breakfast was prepped at 6AM as needed ti begin my day.

I did not not stay at the Quality Inn on 10/3 to 10/4. I stayed there on 10/2 to 10/3. However, booking through Booking.com is an unpleasurable experience. I asked and the hotel asked that they refund me for the incorrect booking but still have not recieved my refund for the incorrect booking.

Location, price, good breakfast choices. Room cleaner found wife's wallet after we left, front desk called us and we arranged to have a relative picking it up. All contents were present, we'll be staying there again. Expected to hear more road noise, was quiet enough.

Had to repair shower faucet to get it to work, should be replaced. Cord on AC needs to be longer so it can be fully plugged in to outlet.

not sure if the front lady’s name but she was amazing !! so was so friendly and very helpful. even helped with my bags to the room and I had two under two (one being handicapped) . probably one of the best experiences I e ever had with someone at the front desk . The breakfast was great , eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles , muffins , bagels, apple juice , orange juice , coffee , milk , yogurt. like they had so many choices.

I didn’t like the fact the property was accessible outside rather than having to go inside the building . gave a motel 6 feeling , only because I’m a lone traveler with kids I was kind of weary.

It was a great place to stay. Close to the activities we were exploring. We enjoyed the pool. It felt private. The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was great.

We just needed one more chair in our room but they did provided us with one.
