Location was good for us as we drove between Bend and Redmond a lot. Easy to get to the back way, especially. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good and included gluten free options. That was big in my book!

The heating system did not have a working thermostat and we had to adjust it manually.

Easy to find. Breakfast was decent. Pool area was large. Room was clean and good sized.

Gym was closed which was one of 3 reasons I picked the hotel. Only a shower in the bathroom and I would've liked a bathtub for my daughter. Ice machine was on the opposite end of where my room was. Missing items from breakfast didn't get stocked in a timely manner.

It was a pleasant stay although it was very frustrating to get a call about eating to much food in the morning as I am a military man and eat quite a bit.

The morning cooking staff most definitely could have been way nicer. It seems to be a little bit of profiling when I was told that I was eating to much.

Super comfy beds, nice to have fridge and microwave in room, great breakfast options, helpful friendly staff. Felt safe and secure here. A quick 15-20 minute drive to airport.

Got locked out of the breakfast room when I went out to the patio section☹️ Door marked patio and there were tables and chairs set up, was dismayed to find myself locked out and unable to get back into the room. I ended up going through the pool area to get back in, luckily the pool room door was slightly ajar.

Very peaceful! At night it did get super packed so parking was limited but otherwise very nice hotel! The staff were very accommodating and friendly! The indoor pool was fun as well! There is a laundromat and a fitness room as well that was available for use.

The location was not the best as due to construction entry and exit were difficult when you are unfamiliar with an area. There was no exit north bound on Rt 97 and no way to figure out how to get to the motel. We finally did a U-turn and got there.

The food was great!! The staff was friendly for the most part. Beds were comfortable.

The young cleaning lady with the dyed hair and piercings would not respond after I tried ti get her attention for over an hour. She had earphones in and was cleaning the room next to us. I needed clean towels , so I just gave up. I had to take my dirty towels and go down ti the front desk and ask for clean towels. That was annoying!

LOVED the breakfast; it’s one of the main reasons I booked. Everyone was sweet and the hotel itself was charming.

Getting to the hotel was difficult because of all the construction and the main entrance was closed off at some point because of this.

I booked last minute, accidentally booked a handicapped room, after getting to the room we realized what happened, we went to the front desk, explained what happened and they figured it all out for us with no problems, got us into a non handicapped room all was perfect.

Breakfast was not great. This is the only complaint that I have. The pancake machine was broken. There were bagels but no cream cheese or butter. The juice machine was not working. Basically there were eggs, sausage, bacon, and muffins.
