Staff was excellent. Very attentive when checking in and checking out. Offered us a gift/snack bag upon arrival and water bottles upon departure. Liked that there was fresh fruit sitting out that you could grab during the day if needed.

My only suggestion was to have the drain cleaned out in the bathroom sink. It was very slow draining.

My only complaint is the Toilets, they put them directly in front of the bathroom door? They also are low to the ground, and fail at providing a handicap bar for people with disabilities. My biggests issue is the location of the toilet paper roll, it’s far behind the toilet making it difficult to reach.

The location is great. Lots of restaurants (both fast food and sit down) very close - easy walking distance. The staff was always friendly. The hotel was clean.

The door to the room did not close on its own. You had to make sure it was closed whenever entering or exiting the room. Room cleaning was every 3 days. Breakfast was ok.

The staff were amazing. Every person was helpful and friendly, and we needed a lot of help. The breakfast was very good.

The accessible room was incredibly poorly designed. The bathroom door opened inward to the bathroom, making it almost impossible to get my mom to the toilet. There was a metal threshold at the entrance to the bathroom that made it difficult to even get the wheelchair into the bathroom. The shower was not a walk in shower, again making it impossible for my mom to bathe. The person who designed the accessible bathroom knows absolutely nothing about accessible design.

Maria at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and patient when I called with questions about my room the night before I checked in and the night of my check in. The next morning Angela was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was also very good. Everything was fresh and hot.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

The location was great. The room was clean and fairly well set up. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve experienced. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were both outstanding. The breakfast area and lobby were immaculate, clean and cheerful.

The hotel looks tired badly and in need of some upgrades. In particular, the carpet in the hallways is much in need of replacement with many places where the threads are showing and badly wrinkled constituting a potential trip hazard. The room carpet was also worn and gave what was otherwise a pleasant space a worn-out look and smell.

Close to the hospital so we didn’t miss our grand daughter’s birth. Loved the breakfast. Room was clean. It was an unexpected stay and the front desk staff was amazing giving us all the hygiene items we needed. Loved the baked cookies.

The parking spots are really too small. Wish breakfast served a little earlier.

Hotel authorities and staff were very friendly. We arrived for check-in on 06/22 around 8:30 pm and Jody at front desk was very polite and she took care of us with great hospitality. Person who was taking care of complimentary breakfast was genuinely on top of things. She was very thorough with all items served and ensured that place was clean and good. The motel had a very nice continental breakfast.

I was booked into a king bed suite with a sofa bed for 2 single women, which is what I had requested. When we arrived the room had a king bed and a chair, no sofa bed. Fortunately, the front desk found a double double queen bed for us and we changed rooms. It was a surprise to the desk clerk that room 210 did not have a sofa bed.
