Great location, beautiful facility

Specific employee’s customer service was unacceptable. Scott was rude and not accommodating. We were checked in 3 hours late (7:08 pm instead of the typical 4 pm) and the manager that night said he would credit us a certain amount for the inconvenience. At checkout, Scott says he was “his boss” and that he was not able to credit the amount promised. However, my sister, who got her room an hour before we did, got a credit more than me when she checked out the following day. Not only was Scott rude and disrespectful, he lied. Needs to be replaced with someone that has better customer service please. You’re losing customers because of him. We’ve stayed here many times, but not sure we’ll be back. And you bet I’ll share my experience!

We liked the variety of restaurants both on the premises and nearby, the grounds were beautiful, we loved the fireplace outside, and the workout facility was spectacular

Our room was quite tight with the two double beds, and it made it difficult to move around near where the desk and the coffee maker were. Plus, the coffee maker kept leaking water. Our fireplace didn't work at first due to the pilot light being out. The maintenance worker came to fix it, but she was rather unfriendly.

Grounds were beautiful, amenities were excellent and so much to do for families. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous and the abundant sea of amenities for our family was exactly why we stayed there.. the staff was excellent and text us daily to check in.

Rooms were small. Double rooms had two full beds and not queens. Housekeeping had to be requested daily and was not a daily service so we had to text every day to request water or coffee.

SunRiver has been a staple for our family trips at Christmas time for many years up until the pandemic ! Now that the grandchildren are grown , they are starting to come back and bringing their friends from FL- At one point our grandsons were on a first name basis with Santa and Mrs Claus-those days are over but maybe the new families will be coming back !!!

I love Sunriver - but this place was the BEST!!! I cant wait to go back! It was so beautiful, even tho it rained on our trip :( We loved the pool, the friendly people, the nearby shopping and activities, and the resort is really well taken care of!

Breakfast was very disappointing. This was the worst aspect of our visit. I am a specialty food producer and been in that industry for many years. The food I was served for breakfast looked and tasted as if it all came from Sysco,

Shuttle service is good. nice updated rooms with patio. Bike trails are awesome!

There are so many activities around the area even though it's winter time. So many amenities to enjoy. It's also pet and family friendly

That we only booked 2 nights. We should have stayed longer

The room was very clean and cozy.

Prior to arrival, we didn't know that check in was between 4 and 6pm, and we weren't told nicely about it by one of the staff members. However, all other employees were great!

Location, staff, and all the activities to choose from.

Only two downers- the mattresses are too soft and the price per hour to use Pickleball courts was disappointing.
