I was glad for the fitness room; the selection was a little spare for those wanting something besides the machines, but I was glad for what they had. The room and equipment were clean and well maintained. My hotel room had lots of shelf and desk space, which was great, it even has a suitcase holder. Staff were friendly and helpful, and building is nice and quiet. Regarding meals: I really enjoyed the scrambled eggs and omelets as those are rare treats for me.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The man who checked us in the first night acted like I didn't belong there after my vehicle had broken down me and my four kids made our way into the front office and was greated by a man who immediately barked at us if we had a reservation. ( I had made one earlier when i was told i would be waiting all evening for a tow) We were all looking a little messy after waiting on the side of the hwy for 4 hours for AAA but there was no reason to act like that

A new, very functionally efficient property. Well organized and good for business travelers as well as families with kids. Decent breakfast, as hotel commuter buffets go.

The sopha like piece of furniture in our room was a cushioned bench (OK so far), with one corner of firm walls (not good at all). It was OK as a faux bed for a little kid but totally useless unless you wanted to sit straight-backed (no flex at all) with your legs flat on the bench. Suggest HIA take that piece to Goodwill or burn it in a field and just put in a standard cushioned chair or a small actual sopha. The property, while very efficient and functional, just seems to have no home like touches. The art on the wall, if you call it art, looked like either floor or paint samples. I did better "art" in 1st grade finger painting. Come'on HIE, maybe a pic of a mountain, a tree, or even a poster of a real painting. What we had seemed fitting for a prison.

Brand new facility means everything is clean and bright. Good breakfast selection.

When we arrived at 6pm there was one visitor waiting in the lobby for an absent desk clerk. The clerk emerged from the employee lounge (down the hall) about 5 minutes after my arrival. The clerk claimed to be new and did not know how to apply my IHG Rewards number to my stay; that I would have to do that upon checkout tomorrow. When we left for dinner at 6:45pm there were three groups waiting to check in and the clerk was absent once again. At breakfast the staff could not keep up with demand. Eggs went empty for 15 mins, coffee pot ran dry twice, as did the hot water dispenser for tea drinkers, and the trash cans over-flowed for a time.

Nice, spacious and clean room. I had to move due to the noise from the floor above me (small kid jumping around, etc.). The girl at the front desk accommodated my request without any issue. She was very friendly and I appreciated her understanding and professionalism. Aside from that, the hotel is in a good location and is pet friendly which is a huge plus for me since I travel with my dog. I would recommend this hotel to all travellers.

When assigning rooms as folks check-in, perhaps consider keeping families with small children to the bottom floors if the hotel has no soundproofing.

The room was large enough for our pet and us. The bed was very comfortable and quiet. We also liked the breakfast: eggs and sausage for one of us and oatmeal, plant milk, and fresh fruit for me.

There was no pet exercise area as advertised. We were told to use the parking lot! Unfortunately, there was dog poop all over the small grass area and in the landscaping.

Breakfast was ok. No fresh fruit available & juice dispenser wasn't working. Sausage & omelets were good. My room was clean & comfortable. The night clerk & the breakfast attendant weren't very friendly, but the front desk guy in the morning was awesome! I realized I had forgotten something in my room and he ran up & got it for me. He also gave clear directions for finding the road I needed to be on. Would probably stay here again.

Hotel was hard to find. Towels were awfully scratchy. Might be able to use them as sandpaper.

My cousin was in the hospital for open heart surgery. Stressful beyond and then they found a tumor so I needed to stay another night. They were booked but the gentlemen at the desk said give us a minute to figure things out. Came to find me to let me know I could stay in the same room even. Exceptional service. Very kind

Clean room and bathroom. Lot of space in the room. I liked the small table that you can move to where you needed it to be. The breakfast was decent.

Wish there was a regular couch and not a chase sofa. Only one person could sit on it. The room price was steep.

I liked breakfast and the location.

I paid for a double queen suite and expected it to be bigger with my privacy between the beds. There was no privacy. We bought the suite instead of a standard so we could have privacy but still be together. The room should have pictures online so expectations are clear.
