The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The size of the condo was perfect and the included amenities as well. The location was close enough to Orlando, but, separate from the hustle and bussle of crowds.

The property was not as clean (floors could’ve been sweep better, linen had a few minor stains, patio furniture really dusty, base boards need repainting, etc…). All amenities closed at 6 sharp. Pool should stay open longer being that it’s a resort. I also feel like because we booked third party, we received the least desirable building and view.

The location to the amenities was great. It also seemed to be a newer unit so that was nice.

Parking was horrible. Was told that you could not park in the loading zones for longer than 10 mins but people clearly weren’t adhering to that rule so unloading groceries was a trek because you had to park in the front and walk ALL the way back to your unit.

I like the actual villa itself, it was nice and clean and well decorated. The pool was nice, very comfortable and beautiful but closed waaaaay to early.

I hated the parking, the worst I've ever seen, I didn't like that the pool closed so early. And the patio furniture can definitely use some updating. And there weren't many amenities for the kids.

It's a new property, so it's really clean. You can still smell the paint. I liked that we had full access to the water park and other amenities. We only got a chance to enjoy the water park, which I really recommend if you have children.

The only thing I didn't like was the walk to the condo. There are no cars allowed to enter in front of the condo. Our walk was only about 5 minutes, but there were other guests that had a longer walk.They have gulf cars for rent but they can not stay parked in front of condo. They had to be parked in front of the office. I was on the first floor, and the family on the second floor was so noisy. We could hear the children running and chairs being moved around. It was really annoying since they did really early in the morning and late at night.

Love this place. Nice, clean, safe and so many things to do. This is my go to place to stay on all future trips to Orlando.

The condo was roomy and very beautiful. Swimming pool was a great and the overall reunion resort was just gorgeous.

Not that I didn’t like, but if I have to comment, I noticed that while I was sitting in the living room quietly, you’re able to hear the neighbors through the walls, which was a little shocking for me, considering the fact that it is more of a townhouse, than an apartment, the walls could’ve been a little more isolated, but not that of a big deal. Honestly, I had an amazing time.

Everything was nice The Encore Resort did not allow you to use their amenities but overall it was a nice family oriented resort!

Everything on the property and cleanliness was top tier.

The parking to those who are renting is horrendous and communication about the waterparks is different everywhere you go.

New condos and staff are very pleasant and welcoming.

Lack of parking by the building at any given time. Noise from a stomping person in unit above.

The family above us made so much noise bumping next time i will consider that and book the top floor
