The location is very good. It doesn't require much effort to reach the hotel. It is also close to restaurants. We needed car parking. The car parking was just in the back. We only had to stay overnight for one night and it was good. The rooms were of good size and clean. The staff was courteous.

The entrance to the breakfast place didn't have ramp. We were taking our luggage to the breakfast place and it was a bit inconvenient. When we came back after our dinner, the "IN" gate was closed and was unmanned. We had to go in from the "OUT" gate which was not clear.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at pal heights Bhubaneswar, and I must say it was a delightful experience. Here's my review of the hotel: Location: The hotel is conveniently situated in a prime location of Bhubaneswar, It's also close to shopping centers and entertainment options, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Accommodation: The rooms at Hotel pal heights were spacious, well-designed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable beds and high-quality linens provided a restful and rejuvenating sleep experience. The rooms were equipped with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a well-appointed bathroom. Service: The hotel staff displayed exemplary professionalism and hospitality throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and assisted with my luggage. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and efficient in handling check-in and check-out procedures.

The check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean and well maintained. The mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and hygienic. There was 24 hours of warm water. The shower was great. The buffet breakfast in "The Breeze" was excellent. So is the restaurant. Lots of greenery, it's airy and it's huge. The service was impeccable. I didn't get to try any other meals there. The checkout was again quick. I feel it's really worth the price considering what is on offer and especially the location

The TV refused to come on either from the remote or even directly using the buttons. The only problem with the shower cubicle was that it didn't drain water well and I stood in a little pool of water after a while.

The hotel is very good. Exceptional good Service. Staff is very helpful. Specially the girl sits in the reception she is very helpful.

Everything.. The hotel ambience is good. Staff is very cordial and helpful. Rooms are quite big and clean. House keeping is exceptional good. Room services are very good. I definitely recommended this hotel -

My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly furnished with high-quality linens and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was large and luxurious. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive.

Liked · The location is perfect for someone who has work in Chandrashekarpur or Patia. Actually there's a fantastic road that connects the airport with the hotel. The check-in was smooth and hassle free. In fact the concierge spotted me taking stuff out of my car in the parking lot and rushed to help me. The staff are all uniformly polite and helpful. The room was perfect in every way. Spotless, well appointed, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the extensive garden. The bathroom was again hygienic and clean. The mattress and pillows were perfect! There was an extensive spread for the complimentary buffet breakfast. Juices, breads, fruits, cold cuts, parathas, idlis, upma / poha, they were all there.

Value for Money. Good Friendly Staff. Active Welcome by Front Office Staff. Enthusiastic Duty Managers. Good Sized Rooms.First Class Bar Manager. Beautiful Terrace Dining Area. I liked this hotel very much.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Pal Heights , and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment We walked into the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who provided impeccable service throughout my stay. The hotel's ambiance is elegant and sophisticated, with beautifully designed interiors that exude luxury. My room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a long day.

Beautiful hotel with a great restaurant offering food until late in the evening. The spa was also great with good prices but the location was a bit strange and you will find unmotivated staffs there.

The leaky shower leaving the floor of the bathroom completely wet

Very good supportive staff. I had an early checkout and the receptionist prepared a small carry on package for breakfast. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The food is also very good. I had grilled fish and it exceeded my expectations.
