We liked tha nature around. Rooms were clean and as on a pictures.

Breakfast first day. It was not buffet. We needed to ordee everything to stuff, and he didn’t speak english. And was no interested in his work. And in hotel was noone from 9pm on reception. So it was hard to find the way out. I went inside with card key on bottom on hotel. Went for reception, noone was there. Bar, noone was there. I was ringing bell on reception, but there was no person in hotel. So needed to go back to get out the hotel.

Spacious, quiet and serene, pretty location, clean and tidy.

Lack of amenities, arrived between 10-11 and nowhere to get anything to eat or drink. Only one restaurant in village and it closed at 8.30 and on Sunday we arrived at 7.50 and wouldn't serve us food because they closed at 8.00. couldn't get food in the hotel either over 2 nights. No tea/coffee facilities in room either. They could even have a vending machine or something

breakfast, clean rooms, very nice location. We have stayed in the hotel before and were very happy about it. It is close to motorway and convenient to stay overnight during the travel.

I liked everything in the hotel, the only thing which stressed me out was the information on booking.com, that the check in is possible only till 8PM. I was travelling 800km that day and was worried all the time if I manage to be in the hotel on time. However, I did not find this information on the hotel webpage, not sure if it is correct...

Hotel room was great, all personnel - nice people speak in English which was important to us as coming from England.

They didn't inform us that hotel reataurant will be shut day we arrived because of party happening. But hotel personnel let us know about fabolous restaurant just 3 mins away, so win in General. But we should know before arrival.

Peaceful surrounding, large spacious complex, handy parking and spacious enough room with proper ventilation.

The breakfast setting was strange, like everyone in the hotel at 2-3 big round tables. Breakfast offerings are also limited. Surprisingly the reception staff is not too much able to communicate in English.

Sauna and breakfast was good.Room was quiet and had view of lovely fields. The whole hotel is very modern and done in glass and purple,

The restaurant was closed to us due to hosting "company" conference. . so it was good we had a car to find something outside of the city as everything was closed in town.This was very inconvenient.They did let us park for free as normally it is a $& charge.

The location was quiet and our spacious room overlooked the green grassed area. It is within walking distance of a good restaurant and the schloss. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices of hot and cold food.

Location is next to the castle , open space . Friendly staff . Clean rooms, easy parking

No hot water in shower, it was ok because is still bit summer weather . But morning shower with cold water still not as nice .

When I travel there I always stay a few nights in this magnificent hotel. Everything is very nice, the rooms are clean and the outdoor area relaxing. The staff is always very friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place is laid out as a group of small hotels connected by common passages and courtyards. More privacy and better common facilities than a traditional hotel. A great area to explore with an adjacent castle.
