Beautiful, beautiful location. Our favorite stay of 2. 5 weeks in Italy. We had 10 people and the rooms were spacious and gorgeous. It was the first full size shower we had of our trip, with a very large bathroom. Things in Europe tend to be mini sized, but this was seriously spacious and storybook setting. We're from TN with the smoky mountains, and this was so much prettier. Wish we could have stayed longer. Also, a great breakfast.

Cozy little apartment with everything you need for even a long stay, newly renovated, provided with a fully equipped kitchen and accurate in every detail. Its position is amazing, completely isolated with great views over the mountains around; but it can be difficult to reach if you don't have a car. The large free-access garden has lots of spots to relax, a barbecue and even two Jacuzzis. Breakfast was an unexpected good bonus, even if it was all made with packaged food and the quality could be better. The owner was very responsive and his welcoming dog was simply wonderful. A pity we couldn't stay some more time!

Uneasy to reach unless by car, not so amazing breakfast. Mind the stairs to get to the bathroom (not a problem for a young couple, but could be)!

Fantastic location, lovely accommodation, with a lot of thought over details. Hot tubs available in the garden, which had stunning views of the mountains. Breakfast was self service in a cave like room, very evocative! All mid cons including air con. Two of us slept on a sofa bed, which was so very comfortable, compared to some of the actual beds we slept in on this holiday. We would have liked to stay for a week, rather than one night! The steps up to our rooms were a bit precipitous. Certainly not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

La Beppa is an exceptional place to stay. The room was wodnerful and ideal for a family staying either for a night or for a longer holiday. The rooms are very well furnished and have a well-equipped kitchen - the view from the bedroom over the Apulian Hills is exceptional and it was fantastic to be woken up by the birdsong. The breakfast room has cakes, croissants, tea, coffee, juice, yogurt and is entirely self-service, but pretty exceptional. We also enjoyed a quick dip in the hot tub . which wasn't very hit, but probably just as well after a long ferry and drive from Sardinia. And we also discoverd Pontremoli which is a beatiful small town with a number of great restaurants.

All in all the place was fantasitc, but a couple of things: Several families arrived later than us and suddenly it was difficult to find a place to park after dinner in town. Also this meant the breakfast room was very full, given its size and lack of windows.

Excellent place for our 3 days, situated in the mountains above Pontremoli. Great view. Apartment had all we needed in terms of equipment, nicely styled. Good place if you want to do the Stretti di Garedo canyoning walk (tip!) and access Cinque Terra (via train station Pontremoli). We also liked the town of Pontremoli. Attractively priced incl breakfast. Friendly owners allowing us to do our washes using their equipment. Guests can use different terraces and gardens.

Very nice place! Comfortable & cosy! View is simply breathtaking! I only felt pity that I didn’t stay long enough. We needed two sleeping rooms. Sofa which turns into bed was super comfortable! I highly recommend this place. Host also very nice and friendly! Check in went very easy and fast!

I read in a reviews some complaints about breakfast. I have nothing to complain about it. Actually is a standard breakfast what you get in Italy in midrange hotels. Every Italian starts his morning with coffee and croissants or other kind of sweet bread so you can’t expect English or German breakfast on the table. Actually I found quite big choice of food (beacon and cheese also) on the table and a good coffee! Breakfast was perfect for us.

Silent location, surrounded by nature. Perfect stay for us on a multi-day bike trip. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely apartment with nice views. Friendly and helpful owners.

Just a minor thing: Jacuzzi temperature was a bit too cold for me with 26°

Nice, big and comfortable apartment. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was really clean, beautiful views! Amazing landscape!

Parking may be a problem if the place is full, as the parking is limited.

Super clean. Beautiful outlook. Friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely dogs. Quality fittings, windows, screens, linen, towels. Breathtaking views and location.
