DON’T CONSIDER MISTAKE… - It was wrong! - You never know… On our journey, we made a booking for staying overnight. We didn’t check the distance from the place of our friends. When we arrived to meet them, we were absolutely sure that our booking was our mistake. It was a bit tense when we were on our way for the stay. A little bit, because of the beauty of Italy, the real one. Tremendous countryside shining in the sunset covers some small inconvenience to driving by the zigzag road with one line and upcoming cars. We arrived at our destination at 9 pm. Check-in was till 8 pm… Hungry and tired. Can we check in? Our phones refused to work. We expected to go to bed hungry if we at least can get one. Long story short. Our hosts were expecting us. - Would you like some dinner? We happily agreed. There was an excellent pizzeria. Did I say excellent? It was a Michelin-star pizzeria. Sun was rolling over the mountains. I saw it through my glass of cold Prosecco – a compliment from our hosts. In the morning we developed our stay in this wonderful place. Simple and solemn church, narrow lovely streets, old vine nearly on the roof beautiful ancient villa, modern swimming pool with colorful flowers. And another delicious meal, the breakfast of your choice with watermelon juice and fantastic Italian coffee . Farid and Dario, we are grateful from whole hearts for your hospitality, and for this unexpected pleasure to spend some piece of our life in your spectacle villa, your friendliness, and the possibility to feel our belonging to this historical culture. We are looking forward to seeing you again…

Set in a nice peaceful village. The staff was friendly, Dario is a fantastic host. The swimming pool with a panoramic view of the mountains is very clean and beautiful. The cute little restaurant had pizzas made fresh in the pizza oven and food was very delicious. The whole environment is one of mountain calm, accompanied by the lovely chiming of the village church bells. I am returning again to stay in September with my husband.

Warm welcome, with supportive staff. Lovely views from room of landscape. Very quiet village, with larger villages not far away. Splash pool refreshing, in beautiful setting. Spacious rooms.

The parking can be a little tight. Suggest packing lighter overnight bags as there is a modest walk and climb to get to hotel from car park. Spiral steps to upper room not separated by any door from lower room so noise might travel.

We truly loved staying here. It’s located in a little mountain town that is so relaxing with unbeatable views. The room is quite large with a very comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom. The owners were so friendly and accommodating even though we didn’t share a common language.

The shower door leaked a bit but nothing a quick moping up with a towel couldn’t fix!

Dario was an amazing host. he entertained us with funny stories and shared a lot of history. The antipasto platter was spectacular and the pizzas were super yummy. loved it

Many thanks to both extremly helpful owners and greetings from Czech republic. Gorgeous place in picturesque village. Never had a problem with parking by nearby road.

We stayed for 3 nights. We booked without really knowing anything so the place was a nice surprise. Very small village in the country side, tranquility and unique. I recommend that you have a car if you like to see the surrounding or go to the beach, which is not far away but it takes some time to drive as you are driving county roads:)

Lovely place, comfortable room, Nice view. Charming style. Christian and his collegue can recommand you à very good restaurant. Very helpful too. And the swimming pool!

We felt very well taken care of. Charming location, amazingly clear and quiet at night. Breakfast was really nice. Do be aware that in our room at least, although one bed is at the top of a spiral staircase, there is no separation from the room with the kitchen and other bed.

WiFi was spotty and slow, i imagine it's difficult to get reliable service in that location.

Excellent rooms, clean, fresh and cool. Italian style breakfast with fresh bread and perfect coffees. Fabulous service.
