We, a party of three, loved our stay here. It is a two star hotel with 5 star staff. Coreena, (I hope I have your name correct), the front desk staff, who says she is “just doing her job”, does so with care, with kindness, efficiency, answers messages promptly, is welcoming… I have seldom ever found a person like her in that role. The pool is a salt water pool… clean and refreshing, the room is plain, but clean, the continental breakfast just €6 served with a delicious cappuccino… a nice start to a beautiful day…and the hotel has a look of being right out of a fairy tale book. And Moneglia is beautiful. We all loved it and I will definitely book here again.

The pool was lovely, the location was great, between the train station and the beach. The room was cleaned daily, the beds were comfortable. The attached restaurant was great with gluten free pizza also available. The front desk staff were always lovely, we stored our buggy downstairs and they also stored our luggage for a few hours on check out day. Highly recommend.

The issues were far outweighed by the good points, but just to note then for information. The shower was tiny, you had to sit down to wash, not an issue given everything else the place had to recommend it. Only Aircon in the main room, again not an issue for us, we left the bedroom door open when needed.

This is a nice family owned Hotel with a perfect location in Moneglia. We have returned to this place for over 15years, always appreciating the nice atmosphere, the pool area and closeness to the familiar pizzeria, which is a bonus. Always good to have a parking space available.

Might be a bit noisy due the closeness to the railway, but good isolated windows helps.

Its perfect location close to Cinque Terre but without international crowd of tourists. Peaceful and safe. It was my fourth stay in this hotel and I am glad to see air con had been installed. Swimming pool is great and restaurant downstairs serves fantastic pizza.

Bathroom was tiny but we dont come to hotel to spend time in the bathroom so dont really matter.

located very close ta railway station (sometimes noise), there is possiblity of breakfast and dinner directly in hotel. Close to the centre and beach. Our stay was in studio with kitchenette with window to courtyard.

Missing microwave oven, missing sponge and cleaning degreaser for kitchenware.

Very nice special room. Good roof terrace for everyone to use. Up until the stay in this hotel none of us in our family did not find it important who is working the reception but Amanda changed the way we look at that. Best we ever tried and for a good price.

The proximity to the train station and town are great - the town is extremely walkable. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The attached restaurant was convenient and delicious.

Wonderful location, great veranda, swimming pool, Cute Curtains in the toilet))) Smiling girl-Amanda at the reception, responsive, friendly, always ready to help and just talk))) It would be great if there was a kettle, coffee, tea and glasses in the room, and a compliment at the reception))) And Having breakfast would be great)))

This was a charming and uncomplicated stay in Moneglia. The rooms were simple, but comfortable, the location was fantastic, super close to the train station and the beach, and a great distance for a day trip to cinque terra, but without being overrun with tourists. The staff were super sweet and helpful.

Good location, very close to the sea and to the railway station. The train passes near the hotel, but it doesn't interfere. Excellent room cleaning every day. Gorgeous pool! Very friendly staff. I would like to express special gratitude to Amanda, who advised the best places in Moneglia and helped in everything! Thanks to you this holiday was unforgettable!

Very small bathroom (more like a shower). The room was stuffy, no air conditioning. The roof for common use should be refreshed a little, then this place will be very popular)
