Nice and clean room, great and helpful host. Close to the train station, easily you can go to the Cinque Terre. Clean see and good beach. Beautiful garden and nice and calm neiberhood on the hills. Nice view, good breakfast. Parking available. WiFi.

The door was noisy and you can hear neibours next room. Also you can hear the streat, however at night it is rather calm. Far from shops, restaurants and beach, however there is a bus every hour. If you have your own this not a problem. Lack of refrigerator for food, as shop is far away.

The staff at the hotel was really helpful and well informed. We stayed here to travel to Cinque Terre and they knew all about trains and transport, but also recommended other places and offered more information on the area. Breakfast was really nice and the rooms were comfortable.

Not that it's not something the hotel is not upfront about, but do be aware that the location is slightly outside of Sestri Levante, but as the hotel staff let us know, there is a free shuttle that takes you to the city centre!

Great staff, very friendly who were able to provide great recommendations for sights to see in the area. Very clean. Very tidy and the rooms were quite spacious. A great selection of items at the breakfast - yoghurt, cereal, pancakes, pastries, sausages and fruit.

Be mindful the hotel is 20 min walk from the main town area. Also the steps from the train station are quite steep! But this is not the hotels fault, regardless still in a quiet and good location.

The surroundings of the hotel and the town are really beautiful. A great advantage (I don't know if this can be found directly on the hotel's website) is that they can provide you with a free ticket for local public transport, which will take you conveniently to the beaches and the centre of Torbole and Garda. Also, the dinner, which of course you have to register for in advance, is tasty and the service is good.

We did not have a balcony in our room and therefore drying towels from the beach or hotel pool was more complicated. In general, there are rooms of varying quality and it is questionable whether it is just the price that differentiates them.

Very kind and attentive staff. Great room, clean and comfortable. Amazing location, just 4 mins walking distance from the train station which then allows you to quickly take trains to Cinque terre. Good breakfast. Parking spot for every room.

The variety of food during breakfast could be a little wider, but nothing major. I suggest installing soap dispensers, to avoid using monodose format.

I liked that it was clean and the breakfast was ok. Also, the property was nice and had a lovely view from outside our room.

I didn't like the attitude of one of the employees; she was rude to us. It was the lady who was in the reception and also at was in charge of the breakfast.

The room was big and the house was very authentic. The breakfast was excellent with homemade cakes and pies: we loved it. We were well informed by the guests and received very good tips and advices for visiting nearby places, ticket booking, parking,…

The room was near the road which was a bit noisy. The shower is extremely narrow and not fitted to bigger/taller persons.

We loved this place. Very kind owners. They make you feel welcomed. They give you all details about surroundings. Beautiful peaceful location with garden. Freshly renovated rooms with all you need in it. Enough parking space. Delicious fresh home made breakfast with enough choice. Close to railway station (like 4-5 min walk).

The staff is very friendly and helpful: they were always willing to help us with places to visit, tips about how/where to buy train tickets, time tables, nice restaurants, etc. Rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast is very good. The hotel is located at a walking distance from the train station which is a big advantage to visit Cinque Terre.

Everything was very good. Only one comment about the size of the showers, they're rather small. Apart from that, everything was great!

The room is cozy, clean, and has everything you need. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfasts with excellent coffee. Parking right by the building. Very friendly and caring guesthouse host, always ready to help and provide advice. You can see the sea from the window. What else do you need for a vacation?
