Location, cleaness, ambience, nice furniture and interior design
1-Noise from neighborhoods due to the poor sound isolation 2- minimalistic kitchen amenities, i should use water glass to allow have my daughter a simple breakfast from flakes with milk as there were no simple basic kitchen amenities like plates, spoons, bowls, knives, cutting board. Adding them would definitely improve kitchen usage experience for having simple breakfast (nobody planned to cook there day and night ((

We stayed in the hotel’s separate building in an apartment style room. it was very nice. The staff were great. We had a great stay.
the restaurant on the ground floor was a little noisy but ended around 10 pm so not terrible.

Just as described. In a sea front position and a nicely presented suite. Two observations:- like all these places needs some regular maintenance. Toilet seat loose and soap dish loose. Mini kitchen was nice BUT lacked a tea towel etc. But all in all a pleasant stay.
Nothing to complain about the suite but the guy in the suite upstairs obviously had his pet elephant with him. A bit annoying when you pay nearly €400/night. The staff helpful but every sentence ended with the word supplement.

This amazing place with wonderful views on the sea!!! Very comfortable all, new rooms and design very like it.
Don’t like the staff at main restaurant, not a friendly person met us on the breakfast.

Location and room were amazing. View is fantastic and you are directly on the beach. The room is clean and very modern, with everything that you need.

Basically everything! The staff was super polite and helpful. Always ready for any needs. The room was 5 meters from the beach and it was well fornished. The internal of the room were modern and well kept!

The usual perfect service from the Miramare Hotel around the corner
The windows are soundproifed but they look out over an area where the party goes on until midnight.- something to be tolerated

Brand new hotel with spacious and comfortable accommodations. Magnificent view on the "Baia delle Favole" and the Portofino coast. We also have been treated with a delicious breakfast at the nearby Hotel Miramare and SPA which overlooks the beautiful Baia del Silenzio.
