Close to everything and there was convenience store across the hotel. I like that they dinner & breakfast was included too.

Good value for money. Location is great - close to 5-Terre but still a bit away from the crowd. Clean room. Staff very friendly. Free private parking included which is awesome.

Only the Breakfast is mediocre (- big choice of cakes but missing paninis and / or italian cornetti. I’d prefer Quality over Quantity. Instead of 7 cakes - one type of fresh italian cornetti. No regular glasses but plastic cups for your morning juice - creating too much trash. In the face of environmental pollution the worst.

Great location, immaculately clean, superb air conditioning in the room(a must have in August!). Thanks to all the staff, who were friendly and accommodating; our flight was delayed and they managed to check us in during the night. We specifically enjoyed spending evenings on the terrace with cocktails playing board games, evening service and cost/quality of cocktails in the bar are excellent. We will certainly consider staying here again.

As mentioned in other posts, some guests might find bathrooms small and breakfast basic, however it was not a problem for our family.

Nice location, as quiet it can get, 5 minutes walking from Levanto "center". We rented an apartment that is managed by the hotel, 100 meters from it. Supermarket just below us, very convenient. No problems with parking, the hotel gave us a parking card and guidance on where to park. We didn't move the cars at all and we preferred to go to villages nearby by train, since we were told that parking is very difficult everywhere in the area. Helpful personnel to everything we asked.

The hotel manages 3 (at least) apartments, and the pictures of the announcement in booking was not showing the one we got. The pictures were showing 2 bathrooms but we got only 1, which was a bit inconvenient for us, two families of 7 people in total. The lack of Air Condition we new about, but we didn't know how it would be. It was hot, and we survived due to the 3 fans we had, one in every bedroom.

We stayed at the apartment. Good value and a lot of space for three people. Everything was clean. Staff was super nice. Great downtown location. Easy to walk to everything including train.

WiFi didn’t work in back rooms of apartment. We had to park on the street with a pass instead of in their designated lot. Probably because we booked the apartment. But it listed parking and wished we could have been in lot

We stayed in the appartment that was nicely equipped! With supermarket on the corner, we could buy groceries and prepare dinner in the kitchen that had all we needed (except of a peeler :)). Very easy to get to the beach and to the train station! Perfect location if you want to visit the 5 Terre! Hotel provided parking permit so we could park just outside the apartment. There was no A/C, but there were fans. All in all, very nice stay!

Nice with hotels that runs by family, feels more relaxed and friendly. Nice terrass om the roof toop, sat there and read my book and enjoyed the view. The family has another place on the walking path to Monterossa, looked beautiful, the manager told us they have a shuffle bus that takes you to town. Next time we Will stay there. Good breakfast, nice clean rooms, good location and friendly staff. Supermarket just across the hotel👍

A lovely hotel with welcoming staff. Main sitting area was comfy although being summer sat on outside porch. Breakfast was delicious with variety of food on offer. Evening dinner menu was very satisfying with 4 courses. Wine prices were very fair and affordable.

Size of actual shower enclosure. Anyone of slim to medium build would be fine but heavier built folk would feel shower 'tight'. But lovely, extremely clean, modern bathroom.

A medium-size hotel, perfect distance from the beach and the train station. We could park our car no problem in their private car park and took the train everywhere else. Mind you, the car park is pretty cramped. The room is spotless, cleaned every day, lots of storage, good wifi, great air-con. Would stay again. Great breakfast with lots of types of food to choose from to your belly's content.

The only small thing I can think of is the lack of drying facilities for swimming stuff in the room. We ended up leaving stuff on the window sill. You are required to leave the car park before 10 o'clock on the day you check out.

Hotel 10 minute walk from train station, close to main centre and beach. Supermarket across the road. Good breakfast, a lot of cake and pastries. Room was clean and comfortable although not large. We were half board and enjoyed our evening meal of 4 courses. Cycle hire nearby for cycle ride along coast through disused railway tunnels.
