Close to everything and there was convenience store across the hotel. I like that they dinner & breakfast was included too.

Good value for money. Location is great - close to 5-Terre but still a bit away from the crowd. Clean room. Staff very friendly. Free private parking included which is awesome.

Only the Breakfast is mediocre (- big choice of cakes but missing paninis and / or italian cornetti. I’d prefer Quality over Quantity. Instead of 7 cakes - one type of fresh italian cornetti. No regular glasses but plastic cups for your morning juice - creating too much trash. In the face of environmental pollution the worst.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with parking available – a real advantage when traveling in Italy. Restaurants and shops are just around the corner, making the stay even more convenient. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh pastries. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return – highly recommended!

Great location, immaculately clean, superb air conditioning in the room(a must have in August!). Thanks to all the staff, who were friendly and accommodating; our flight was delayed and they managed to check us in during the night. We specifically enjoyed spending evenings on the terrace with cocktails playing board games, evening service and cost/quality of cocktails in the bar are excellent. We will certainly consider staying here again.

As mentioned in other posts, some guests might find bathrooms small and breakfast basic, however it was not a problem for our family.

Nice location, as quiet it can get, 5 minutes walking from Levanto "center". We rented an apartment that is managed by the hotel, 100 meters from it. Supermarket just below us, very convenient. No problems with parking, the hotel gave us a parking card and guidance on where to park. We didn't move the cars at all and we preferred to go to villages nearby by train, since we were told that parking is very difficult everywhere in the area. Helpful personnel to everything we asked.

The hotel manages 3 (at least) apartments, and the pictures of the announcement in booking was not showing the one we got. The pictures were showing 2 bathrooms but we got only 1, which was a bit inconvenient for us, two families of 7 people in total. The lack of Air Condition we new about, but we didn't know how it would be. It was hot, and we survived due to the 3 fans we had, one in every bedroom.

We stayed at the apartment. Good value and a lot of space for three people. Everything was clean. Staff was super nice. Great downtown location. Easy to walk to everything including train.

WiFi didn’t work in back rooms of apartment. We had to park on the street with a pass instead of in their designated lot. Probably because we booked the apartment. But it listed parking and wished we could have been in lot

We stayed in the appartment that was nicely equipped! With supermarket on the corner, we could buy groceries and prepare dinner in the kitchen that had all we needed (except of a peeler :)). Very easy to get to the beach and to the train station! Perfect location if you want to visit the 5 Terre! Hotel provided parking permit so we could park just outside the apartment. There was no A/C, but there were fans. All in all, very nice stay!

Fantastic location. Great, super friendly and very profesional Staff. Great addition is breakfast Buffet: cakes, fresh fruit, musli, coffee, juices, eggs. Our room was cleaned every day. Fresh towels every day. I will come back. Great spot. Nice town. Close to communte bybtrain to Cinque Terre.
