The room was clean, and in a great location close to the beach and restaurants.

Check-in was not clear. You pick up the keys from a different location (down the road in a tourist centre) but this closes from 12-3:30pm. I was not sent this information, I found out from another guest also having the same issue. There were also two key pick-up addresses so ended up walking the streets of Levanto/asking in shops restaurants as the instructions were not clear. We then had 3 hours to wait with luggage before we could check-in.

Location was superb ,nice restaurants and bars all around ,2 minutes walk to super market, easy walk from the train station 12 minutes mostly flat Beach across the road Apartment was very clean and comfortable with fridge and tea ,coffee facilities Easy check in 50 meters away at the small office

The shower was a bit on the small size for my elephant like body

Great location near the beach and restaurants. Easy check in and check out, as long as the office is open. Clean and comfortable apartment. Enjoyed our stay here.

Bar below could get a bit noisy, but we didn’t mind much since we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room.

Excellent location near the sea and city center. The room is big, has air conditioning or heating , a large bathroom and big windows. It’s an apartment transformed in a 4 room rental unit, each room with its own bathroom the hallway is the common space with a Coffe machine.

Very clean and modern apartment with large balcony. Perfect location on the Main Street with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. 10min walk from train station to Cinque Terre. Levanto has an authentic Italian feel even though there are many tourists the cafes and restaurants are filled with locals.

Apartment is located above a bar. You can hear the music at night. For us it wasn’t too loud and we and kids slept well. It’s hard to park anywhere so if you come by car consider reserving the parking spot - 16euro per night.

Location was good. Apartment clean. Very simple decor. It should advertised you need to reserve parking. There is none availability on the streets. It would have been nice to have quicker communication with the Immobliare agency.

Even thought the room is very basic everything was very clean and comfortable. Walk to the beach 1 minute. Location was very good and we found a place to park our car just in front. If one day we go back to Levanto, we will consider to book again this place.

Maybe a coffee machine and a bottle of water in the room would be nice.

The location was out of this world. Right across the street from the beach, gelato and a bar downstairs. A quick and easy walk from the train station. The room was clean, and wonderfully equipped. Shampoo, Bodywash and a hairdryer were provided.

The location is right in the heart of the Levanto waterfront. Easy walking distance to the train station and all the local cafes and cantinas. The room was large and spacious with a wonderful bathroom. Would recommend staying here.

The location is perfect: everything is just a few steps away (including the beach, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarket, gift shops, even the train station is pretty close). The room is nice and clean, the view is amazing and we had everything we needed (toiletries, towels, coffee, tea, mini fridge, the AC, etc)

The reception is on a whole different location from the building you’re staying in which is a bit confusing to first time visitors. The bed is a bit squeaky and it might be a bit hard to fall asleep in a bed like that. All in all, the price is a bit high for the room you’re getting (bed, private bathroom and a shared kitchenette).
