Clean room , friendly staff we arrived early and because our room was ready we were allowed to check in sooner which was heaven . The location is also very close to the beach , close to the pedestrian streets and also you have a supermarket downstairs in case you need something . It was not too noisy so we could also rest . I really liked the staff and how friendly they were with us .

The parking I found it a little bit expensive 20 euro a day but if you take into account that we had our car in a closed garage and without the stress of having to wait for a free parking and walk with the luggage’s a great distance then it was necessary . Not really a dislike rather more of an option.

Very kind staff that went out of the way for us on more than one occasion (and we only stayed for one night), the first room we have experienced on our Euro trip that came equipped with a fridge, large and nice sized bathroom, room seemed new and was well-furnished. Wonderful location—we even came back from Cinque Terre early to spend more time in Levanto.

Beds and sheets could have been a bit more comfortable but they were fine and that is honestly my only “complaint”

Rental agency was not helpful with beach club or restaurant suggestions. The description does not mention you have to carry luggage 3 flights of stairs. The outdoor patio was different from photos, the lounge chairs were old, cracked and faded, the umbrella was a cheap and barely opened. The bathroom was dimly lit, shower head was cracked and leaking but room itself was ok.

The place was very nice and in walking distance from the center and also from the train station. Nearby minutes away there are restaurants and next to the building a goid supermarket. I would recommend very much this place for a stay when you visit Cinque terre.

Pay attention to the office hours when you arrive.

Nice, clean place in the city center but also close to the beach. Railway station is within 800 m walk. We got only one key to our apartment - one have to remember not to lock the key inside (!) otherwise you have a problem.

Appreciated the easy of and the ability to check in early. Staff at the rental ancy was very friendly and helpful (English spoken). Clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom & shower. Good location in town near restaurants and a grocery store. Nice to have an electric tea kettle, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator provided.

Great location, clean. Air conditioner was good. All amenities as listed. Very close to the beach and walking distance to everything.

The shower kept going hot and cold randomly. Confused on where to go to check in as the address given did not lead to the office on Google Maps.

The location was excellent. The staff were helpful when our check in didn’t match their time. The property was very clean and tidy. Unfortunately we had some rain so didn’t use the little balcony but it was good to have even though we weren’t on the ground floor.
