Friendly staff and fantastic views. The room was very comfortable and breakfasts had a good choice plus fresh eggs cooked to order. There is a great infinity pool and nice terraces with spectacular views. The shuttle service to collect us from the station and run us to and from Levanto during the day and in the evening for trips and dining was great !

Bedroom decor a bit dated, but could easily be refreshed and brought up to date and didn't detract from our stay.

As returning visitors we were not disappointed. Had visited before Covid days. Setting is quite magnificent. Quietness and solitude of hotel is much sought after....... We believe staff work very hard to please, which they successfully did during our stay. Prices for snacks and drinks fair and affordable. Although, right at beginning of a Walking trail our privacy in hotel was not impacted. It was nice on occasions to hear walkers chat as they past by the hotel. Reminded us of the Camino de Santiago walkers. Again, visitors were served drinks but not food which kept that Private Hotel feel. Shuttle bus to and back from town greatly appreciated. Hope to return in the future!

Breakfast was awesome! Really good variety, excellent quality. The location is very quiet and beautiful. Like being in heaven. Our balcony was incredible! Staff was helpful and polite. Food at the bar was quite good. One needs only ask for the menu. They should place in the rooms.

There was a lack of information of food availability at the bar. We did not see any menu in the room to alert us of what was available to eat. Something in the room said that there was no restaurant, however, we found out after asking that there actually was a large selection of food available at the bar. This caused a bit of unnecessary stress. Van service to town is offered but the morning shuttle was a bit too limited. The beds in most hotels in Italy that we stayed at were too hard and Giada del Mesco was no exception in this regard.

Great experience, location and view, and helpful to have the shuttle service as this is located high on the mountain side. Very authentic and charming Boutique hotel where you can spend time at the pool, and head down to Levanto with the shuttle. Recommend the rooms with a little terrace and the infinity pool with the view. Staff were very nice and service oriented.

Just know that this is an older style hotel with authentic interior, including the wardrobe, bed and so on. It is a small boutique type hotel, so the standard is a bit different than the modern ones. We still loved our one night there.

The view from the pool is just wow 🤩 we were not lucky with the weather but still managed to enjoy a bit. You need to stay there at least a few nights, not like us (we were just passing by for 1 night while discovering Cinqueterre, so we didn’t have much time to enjoy the view from the pool). The food is delicious, the team is super friendly

Incredible views and absolutely loved the pool experience, amazing complimentary breakfast. The hotel is just above Levanto, which was so charming and felt so local. So many great restaurants! The hotel will take you down and up several times a day, super easy to use their shuttle. Highly recommend this stay for exploring Cinque Terre!

Friendly and helpful staff. Freshly cooked eggs and coffee for breakfast. Pool, bar and views. Location out of town with regular shuttle and a scenic walk into the town off the road. Away from the touristy area.

Fabulous views of the coastline and sea! Very friendly and helpful staff. Great shuttle service into Levanto which is relaibale, safe and easy to arrange. Very quiet and relaxing. Fantastic outside area for sipping on a drink from the bar. Good breakfast with great omelettes. Nice pool area.
