The staff were exceptionally pleasant, kind & helpful. In today’s normal of self- check in & self service, having received actual live human service felt luxurious. They were able to arrange alternate transportation for us during the one day train strike. The room is exactly as pictured, spacious, clean, comfortable bed & daily housekeeping. Breakfast buffet has lots of variety, with espresso drinks served & wait help to clear the table. Restaurant recommendations and reservations were appreciated. We plan to return! Loved the service. The manager was exceptionally helpful, friendly and so so accommodating. He made taxi reservations, dinner reservations to a fabulous restaurant he recommended - which by the way, was our favorite restaurant from our entire trip. He also printed out the train schedule and explained how it worked. The room was amazingly comfort, we got upgraded without even requesting an upgrade. The bed was really comfy. Very clean. Loved all the staff, the breakfast was included and was so delicious, so was the cappuccinos yum! I highly recommend this hotel, and will absolutely stay there again in the future.

The owners are great so is all the team! the rooms are excellent, breakfast is very tasty and the service is really superb There was a strike incl most of the trains so the owners helped us a lot with the plan B including their friends drive to the different city.. We really loved every minute

The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet with an incredible ceiling fresco. The staff, especially Elisa, were very helpful, in particular offering to reserve restaurants for us. The breakfast was generous and delicious.

We were woken each morning by the sound of breakfast being prepared. Perhaps our door could be better soundproofed or a thick curtain hung behind it. The orange juice was watery.

The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, willing to communicate at all levels. The breakfast was a perfect representation of local food. The location is ideal, conveniently positioned near a main square, options for caffes, restaurants and shops, as well as just a short walk to the train station and also the beach. We were a group of 10 and the attention we received by the staff was outstanding, even handling reservations at restaurants and reserving beach chairs as needed. We will return!

Loved the location and the spacious rooms. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough to make our stay memorable. Alberto the manager greeted every guest and he and Francesca could not be anymore helpful. We loved it and can only recommend it to our friends and others.

No lift to reception on first floor.

This is a charming family run hotel, recently renovated, and we were very comfortable. Really clean too and as well as our room being spacious and well equipped, there were thoughtful little touches like a table being reserved at a busy local restaurant on our first night. Levanto is a lovely town too - easy access to the Cinque Terres yet away from the intense busy-ness of the area. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Nothing - it was great

The staff was fantastic--friendly and truly helpful. The breakfast was generous and delicious! The location was central and it was an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants!

Be aware that there is NO elevator to the first floor--check-in. There is one of those stair seat elevators, but I don't think you can use it for luggage!

Nice and clean. The staff was helpful and smiling. It had a good location, close to everything in Levanto. The breakfast was good, small luxury when the staff came with freshly brewed coffee at your taste. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Incredible hotel in an old palace from the early 20th century. The rooms are huge, with painted roofs. There is a convenient parking area, and the location is magnificent, walking distance from the beach, train station, and restaurants. The friendly approach of Alberto, Elisa and Francesca, as well as the whole staff is unique, and makes the stay more special.

The stairway to get to the reception level can be a problem to people with mobility limitations, but it did not affected at all my family passion for the hotel.
