There is a shuttle from the hotel to the city centre/ train station. We liked the shuttle, but would love it if it ran more frequently. (There is no shuttle before 8.35 and between 11.15 and 15u) The pillows were not that comfortable in my opinion.

Very restricted without your own transport. The hotel run a shuttle service to the station or downtown but feel other locations could have been offered like ferry port. Two free trips per day were free with any extra trips available for 5€ each trip. This was good value but times the bus ran were a little restricted. Taxis were extremely limited in the area & costs of them were extortionate

The breakfast was excellent., plenty of variety. They provided non-dairy options for milk and yogurts. The staff were always very cheerful and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Plenty of towels were provided. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel provides a shuttle to the town of Levanto for €5 each way. Levanto is a lovely town with a beach and it has many shops and restaurants. The hotel shuttle is well worth it as there is a very efficient train service that takes you from Levanto to all of the Cinqueterre towns and beyond.

Only downside is the distance from the airport to the hotel as a taxi costs €300 one way. We hired a car from Pisa airport but our experience with car rental at Pisa airport is we've always been scammed at Pisa airport car rentals with excessive add-ons (double the price of the original car hire - triple this time !!! ). It would be great if the hotel provided a shuttle from the airport at a reasonable rate.

If you want to get away from the hustle bustle of Cinque Terra and all the people this is the place for you. Beautiful views, hotel shuttle that can take you to and from the train station and back to town. The breakfast was beautiful and truly they go out of their way on how they display it. Terraces are nice to sit out and have a bottle of wine and they have a full bar. My bed was excellent and I’m really picky. Can say enough nice things about this hotel. I would definitely come back here. Bonjour.

I just loved it.

Absolutely stunning hotel, very comfortable and very welcoming, professional, and helpful staff. The hotel is very clean, has a stunning pool overlooking the surrounding mountains and the architecture of the whole place is unique and lovely. The views from the terraces and the room are stunning. When you take breakfast on the terrace, you can see both the mountain and the sea. There is a shuttle to take you up and down to the train station where you can catch the train into Cinque Terre; it’s not free but not too expensive.

Only minus is that the rooms are not well insulated against noise so you can hear noises from neighboring rooms. Luckily, the guests are quiet in the night.

The transfer service goes at particular times to the city centre or train station - inflexible and the first goes 0835 in the morning, which is a little late for early morning tracking Breakfast starts first at 0800 in the morning Unfortunately the hotel offers no snacks or meals, so you have to go to the city centre or bring food with you to the hotel

Beautiful setting with lots of terraces to sit on with gorgeous views. Great pool as well. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet was great too!

The room was situated near the patio and reception and was a bit noisy in the mornings. Also, it would be great if they offered a food service (pizza, salads, etc. ) in the evening so that you didn’t have to go into town for dinner.

I’ll start by saying that a high rating for this hotel is entirely due to the excellent service provided by the receptionist. She embodies what hotel work should be—friendly, professional, and efficient. She managed the short queue of guests well and met all my expectations as a late-arriving guest. Despite there being no dinner option available, she went above and beyond by organizing snacks and bringing them to my room, which allowed me to get through the night. Regardless of the hotel's quality or the location, this kind of service defines any hotel experience. In this case, it was 100% fulfilled, making this place worthy of recommendation. The drive to the hotel feels like a step back in time, as if everything in this Italian spot has stood still. It’s quite rough around the edges, and it seems some people expect a carriage instead of a car. The hotel itself is situated on a small hill with a nice view. It has ample parking space, a pleasant entrance, and a nice room with access to a patio.

This place could benefit from some investment and attention to detail to truly achieve at least 4.5 stars, or even 5 stars, as the potential is enormous. However, for me, it is a very good four-star hotel with minor shortcomings but excellent female staff.

BEST Access to the entire Cinque Terre region AND the Hotel shuttle bus effectively runs all day. staff could not have been more helpful or delightful. Brilliant breakfast covers all cuisines - bar staff at night there if needed. Quiet- but not totally out the way- wake up to distant church bells at 7 am and see the sunrise in to your rooms for breakfast. Loved it

Upgrade toilet tissue to real toilet paper!!

Wonderful staff, extremely friendly and most have a good level in English. perfect breakfast, some would appreciate more choice but sufficed for us. A technical issue occurred and the hotel staff was very concerned with proposing acceptable solutions - no doubt we would come back here - Price/quality 10/10.
