There is nothing to complain about. The hotel is very clean with a big FREE parking, extremely polite personnel, arranged early check in without any extra charge. Good quality breakfast!!

I believe you can easily solve one issue in your hotel without big investment, just put some extra wi-fi routers…no signal at least in our sea view room. Actually no need for internet when you have such a great view from your room, however it is something that you have to improve.

Fabulous location. Private parking and pet friendliness reasons for our choice. Helpful, welcoming staff. Perfect breakfast. Right by the sea with great views and we loved watching the trains! We travel regularly down Italy to catch ferry to Greece and will DEFINITELY make a point of staying here again. It was great and we really liked the town of Lavagna too. All in all, perfect for us!

Nothing. Everything was just right!

Staff was very kind, I called because I had a flat tire and didn't know if I would make it in time and they were nice about it. We also arrived after their dinner time and they suggested restaurants around. The room was modern, bathroom was also nice, breakfast was plentiful and they made you fresh coffee rather the sad machine one. Restaurants nearby were also good!

Parking is a bit tight and the lift is a old

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the food was good. There are good bus and train links within short walking distance. The air con was good. There was free parking at the hotel. Bed was comfortable. There was a fridge with capacity for a couple of bottles and some snacks.

The room was quite tired, but was clean. You could hear trains, but that didn't stop us sleeping or wake us up. The hair drier stopped working but we had plenty of fresh towels.

Very nice and well maintained facility. The rooms were clean and the price was very good. Very friendly staff. At 11.30pm my daughter wanted something sweet and the hotel staff improvised and prepared a free dessert with Linzentore. The breakfast was very varied and good. Very good overall rating. I was really impressed that there were gluten-free options for breakfast, as I have an intolerance and am used to there being next to nothing as an alternative. The location was great - just over the road from some stunning sea views and only a few minutes drive from the beautiful Baia del Silenzio, which we felt was a little slice of heaven. Both members of staff we met at reception were so friendly (the gentleman who checked us in and Giulia). Giulia made our stay exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us with a dilemma with our rental company, which could have meant us missing our flight home. She really made a difference to us and showed us real warmth and kindness at a time when we were very anxious and feeling quite stuck. Thank you Giulia!

Nothing really, the only thing we would have changed would have been to stay at the hotel under better circumstances and not because of an unhelpful car rental company who left us stranded with a young child 1 hour from our own accommodation.

The European style breakfast comes with various choices (fruit, egg, ham, yoghurt etc.). Every morning there is a variety of cakes to choose from. I believe they are being baked during the night before. Good!

More places to sit outside in the evening (like in the garden). I believe they are working on that.

They upgraded the room as we were staying two people on separate beds, so we got the room with the sea view right from the beds. 😊 The room was spacious and clean, cleaned every day! Breakfast was good. Parking was free and comfortable even for a big car. Staff is welcoming and kind. Totally worth it! The sea view is just great!

The Staffs are Lovely, the location is perfect, the room is quiet, italians are very humble and helpfull and very professionnal and smilling, the house keeper amazing the breakfast and bar the reception and also the manager is very nice bravo the best place to stay if you want to be close to all the best place thanks

We booked a standard interior room but it was one of the side rooms, so we had also some sea view. Breakfast was better than expected (scrambled eggs & bacon , cheese, ham)
