Our room was in a calm part, and it was quite spacious. The personnel was kind and the breakfast was satisfactory. The location of the hotel is convenient, as it's close to both the train station and to the beach area.

Nothing in particular. We just had a wrong impression based on some search results (not from Booking.com images) and thought the hotel had a pool, but we learnt that the pool was existing only some years ago. Just writing here so that other potential clients would be aware.

Location was great, rooms were very clean, really liked having air conditioning in the room, nice balcony with sea view. Good private parking option for a good daily rate and breakfast had lots of options. Loved the machine coffee.

Old style furniture, closet was a bit too small, no duvet available so it could be a bit cold at night with the air conditioning on, pillows weren’t the best, shower door didn’t close completely, room keys a bit too big.

What an amazing location - our room had a fabulous view of Porto Lavagna marina and the big blue Mediterranean. Bed was comfy and the shower amazing. Breakfast was fabulous and I must point out that the staff were great! The promenade was right in front of the hotel and was a delight to walk on in the evening.

The property is walking distance from the beach, many restaurants and train station. The staff is absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate late arrival, help figure out car parking and even mailed the item accidentally left behind. Breakfast was great as well!!

Location is very nice, close to the beaches, train station, and restaurants. Very convenient private parking. A very friendly and helpful host and personel. Nice breakfast. Room is convenient and cleaning service is also great. We had an amazing stay and I would be happy to visit again.

The beds were very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was so delicious-fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes, eggs, bacon and different coffees and teas. It exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and kind and helpful. There was construction going on right outside our room but we never heard it. The room is quite soundproof. The air conditioning also worked very well. I would definitely recommend this place and I will return in the future.

The breakfast is absolutely great! There is a lot of choice and the staff members are great, making you fresh coffee/cappucino etc. You can enjoy your breakfast outside.

Nothing. The hotel is absolutely great and there are many nice places in the neighbourhood such as Sestri Levante. I really recommend the hotel. The city/village of Lavagna as such is not that nice compared to the neighbouring villages (it seems that the municipality does not maintain the city as well as the neighbouring municipalities which are much more lively, have cleaner public toilets on the beach, better sidewalks etc).

Noisy site construction next to the hotel. The rooms are tired and out dated. Fridge doesn't work. The room it doesn't look like in the photos. It looks like the communist hotel's. Probably it's from the 80's.

We try and stay here each time we are in Liguria. The hotel property is well maintained, the staff is exceptional, and they have a wonderful continental breakfast.

Truly loved everything about the property just sad that the pool they were affiliate with wasn’t operational not the fault of the hotel.
