It was very quiet and peaceful and near to the train station, beach and the centre of town. There are 3 bed rooms in the property and when we were there we had the place to ourselves for 5 of the 6 nights. We saw the other 2 rooms which had sunny balconies and wish we had chosen one of those. Our room was fine and bathroom lovely with fluffy white towels. The owner Monica is really nice and makes you feel welcome. The building is really nice and we had breakfast outside 5 out of 6 mornings. We could have had fresh eggs cooked for us but we were happy with fresh croissants and cereals.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The lady who owned the property excelled at welcoming us at the property and went out of her way to wash our clothes, dry, and fold them. Breakfast was good and once the lady knew what we liked (peaches) she made sure there was more for us. Location is close to everything and parking is free in the marina 7 min walk away. Quadruple room is a good size.

We arrived late in the evening and the property is not well sign posted. Ac pointing directly at the sofa bed in the quadruple room.

The room is very nicely decorated, spacious, very clean. The host is extremely welcoming and nice, she helped us with information about the nearby parking lot. The accommodation is located in a quiet area with quick access to the beach and the city center. Very good breakfast with very good coffee. We had a surprisingly pleasant experience in Chiavari, and the accommodation at Ca'do Franco contributed significantly to this.

Everything was fine!

The place was incredibly clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great and spacious. Breakfast was great, with an amazing fruit salad and great coffee. We loved our stay and if we are ever in the area we will visit again! Thanks!!

The bed (mattress) was a bit uncomfortable and too soft.

Location is great. Less than 10 minute easy walk from the train station and very close to restaurants and shops. There is a lift! And a laundromat across the road. Breakfast is continental, and the croissants were fabulous. Tea and coffee is always available to make yourself in the breakfast area. Room was generous, comfortable and had a small balcony. Bathroom was great. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant, Monica.

Every comfort was catered for. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location for all of Chiavari’s lovely beaches and centre.

Everything was great.

The property is located in the great area of the city, close to absolutely everything . The apartment is incredibly clean and comfortable ! Monica served us a wonderful breakfast every morning .I was speechless and pleasantly surprised when I saw the beauty of the apartment, the classy dishes and the way everything was presented. Superb! Loved it! 10/10

Breakfast was great! Monica was very hospitable and helpful giving us great suggestions for restaurants etc. The B&B is near the train station but you don't hear the train. It's also close to the beach area as well as the main shopping center. There isn't a view for the balcony so we didn't really use it.

Cozy and very nicely-equipped rooms. Various choice for breakfast (pastry, fruit, drinks..) Monica, who runs the accomodation is so kind and helpful. Thank for such a lovely stay.

There was nothing wrong about the accomodation.

The room was very cosy, just like in the pictures, with a small balcony. The place was spotless clean, comfy bed, after a long day we had the perfect sleep. The apartment is 5 min walking from the railway station and it was perfect for our short trip in the area, visiting from Chiavari both Portofino and Cinque Terre.

The shower water pressure was quite low.
