Nadia, the front desk personnel went above and beyond. When we needed to find an electronics store, she called around town, found what we needed and gave us contact info and directions to the store. We were amazed at her attention to detail the entire stay. The town itself had a marvelous feeling. It just had a fabulous vibe. The beach was great. Really nice people walking the family dog and children. Beautiful place. Great hotel. Beautiful breakfast.

Everything was really great.

The hotel is old, however, it is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, excellent AC. when opening the window it is very sunny. the breakfast is good as well. there is free parking right under the hotel but you need to look for one. the location is superb! walking distance from the beach and supermarket that stays open till late! walking distance from the old city. other than that you can drive 15 min to reach Sestri Levante and around an hour or so to reach Rappallo or Monteresso!

There is everything you need: elevator, terrace, groceries stores near. Comfortable room with A/C, enough space for clothes and personal items. The location is perfect. Very good staff. Thanks for breakfast and tasty coffee in the morning) Whenever you need anything - just ask hoteliers and they will do their best to help.

Everything was amazing

The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The breakfasts were excellent and we also ate our evening meal at the hotel and were very impressed, it was excellent and not too expensive. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Close to the station. Very central. Spotlessly clean. Air conditioner saved my life. Breakfast was really really really good

People who seem to love slamming doors closed in the middle of the night but that’s not the hotels fault

Such a wondeful and friendly hotel with a charming air of old style nostalgia and lovely staff which made us feel like home and almost like family! Also, grazie mille for the excellent local Ligurian and Sicilian traditional cooking in the hotel restaurant! Great location near beach, city center and railwaystation - ci torniamo! Anna and Daniel

Great location, close to train station and free street parking right outside. We took the train to cinque terre for a day trip and it worked very well. Good to have AC.

There's no fridge in the room

We got a big room for us three under the roof. We appreciated it very much. The air conditioning functioned well, the room and the bathroom were spacious, we had much storing space. Good breakfast. The hotel is near the beach, train station, supermarkets, restaurants... And the staff is nice. To sum up we had an excellent holiday.
