The location and the interior is great

Soundproof - forget it. But it's usual for each hotel around. Until now I don't know why I paid 13,5 EUR in plus for our stay. i was really in a hurry to my train, and did not have the time to wait the call from the person delegated to explain me...I suppose we must been confused with someone else. But again, I was in a hurry. All my calculations got to 9 for tassa di soggiorno...

Great location in the city centre and also close to train and bus station. The room was really clean and the bathroom was totally new. The staff is also really nice and helpful. The bar next to the hotel is great for a morning coffee.

The room decor (besides bathroom which is new) is pretty outdated.

The room was spacious , cleaned every day. Lots of hangers for clothes , place for suitcases. Very close to the station, city center and the beach.

The only negative aspect: It’s near the cathedral , and the bells start to toll at 5 in the morning. So you can’t help hearing it and waking.

The room was cosy, clean and cool during hot summer days, very good value and location

None. The staff did not speak english, but everybody were very helpful

Location was nice, in the city center and also near the main train station.

The hotel could use an upgrade overall and the door codes that you needed to use to get into your room did not work properly: you had to use a bit of strenght to open that door 🙂

Breakfast is not included, nonetheless it has a really nice bar pastry at the bottom floor. The quality of the food was a good 8 out 10. I would highly suggest this hotel for those who want peace and be close to the train station.

No comments on this. The hotel exterior looks old fashioned - well kept and groomed well maintained. Just being picky here.

Location practical and staff happy to help I have stayed at this Hotel more than once

only thing I would say is to better mark the step in the bathroom (mind the step type of sign). I could hardly see it as all same colour tiles and almost fell in more than one occasion

Friendly helpful staff. very clean and well maintained property.We had only booked for one night but liked it so much we stayed for three nights. Lovely bar cafe downstairs. Great location being near beach, train station and shops. Ideal for visiting other towns too

Excellent location, right at the centre of Chiavari.

The location is very central - which also makes it a bit noisy.
