The apartments are located in beautiful surroundings on a mountainside . The views are amazing. There's plenty of parking. The building itself is lovely and the apartments are very clean, airy , roomy, beautifully decorated. Modern kitchens and bathrooms. They are kept nice and cool with the aircon . There's a nice pool area too. The hosts are lovely friendly people that can't do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable. They are so welcoming. .

Beautiful villa in the hills outside of Sestri Levante. Spacious apartment with everything that we needed, terrace, sun beds, infinity pool and superb views. Perfect as a base to visit Cinque Terre and Portofino. Our hosts greeted us with wine and were available if needed, gave us good advice on trains etc. we highly recommend this property. 10/10

Everything was perfect.

The Villa is most tastefully finished. The pool and surrounding area is lovely with a splendid view. Plenty of seating and shade. The apartment is fantastic, and has lovely cool air conditioning. The bathroom is clean and modern with an amazing shower. The bedroom is big with plenty of storage and a large very comfortable double bed. The kitchen area is modern with plenty of storage, a ceramic hob and modern electric oven. The lounge and dining area has plenty of space, storage, and a very comfortable sofa. The family that own it are so welcoming. I thoroughly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday.

The only downside for many people. You need a car. The villa is in Verici which is up a mountain and the road is narrow and twisty, but that's it.

The apartments are very beautiful and well equipped. Multiple terrasses with swimming pool and bbq area. The host welcomed us and explained all the do's and don't, by train and boat. The view from the terrasses are magnificent.

The road to the appartement is very narrow with some Hairpin bends.

Exceptional host, stunning accommodation close to Casarza Ligurie and Sestri Levante. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such hospitality from Renato and his wonderful family. Can’t wait to return!

Villa Lice Verici is exactly like the pictures, views are a dream. If the weather is good you can give a great use to the terrace and the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Renato and Laura are great hosts. We thought that because I we did not go with a car we could not enjoy the place as much as we would like but they pick us up from the station then helped us out to rent a scooter and gave us plenty of great recommendations. I would go back to this place without any doubt

Just to give a but to this great place, I would just improve the beds.

Very nice apartment, spacious, clean, tidy, nicely furnished. Apartment located downstair is better from my point of view, through trees you can´t see motorway, wich is further far, but it is.

We missed dish towel - we did not use dishwaher, it would have been wasteful. It would be perfect to have electric insect repellent (against mosquitos). We had our own, but just one piece and it was not enough.

Amazing location with gorgeous view, pool and lots of nice outside seating areas. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had everything you might need. It was only a 10 minute drive to park for free near the beach. We loved it and would definitely recommend!

Villa Lice Verici is a PERFECT getaway. We spent there 3 amazing nights - nice, friendly and helpful communication with the owner, well equipped apartment, clean rooms, amazing views from the infinity pool. Each apartment has it`s private area, friendly guests etc. Very good stay for couples. And very good host`s selfmade wine. Perfetto!

One thing only - something happened with the cooling system when we arrived, it was hard to sleep first night but the next day we asked for the fan and got it quickly.

The owner has a great sense of hospitality and welcomes the guests with enthusiasm ! Nice pool and external space, good equipment in the apartment, clean and comfortable. The view from the terrace and the pool is fabulous.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was out of order, despite efforts from the owner to get it fixed. The access road is winding and steep, which can be a bit of a challenge with a large car.
