Perfect location for traveling by train between the Cinque Terre towns - walking distance to the station, no steep uphill to get there and tucked away a bit from the main seaside promenade so it is quiet. Very friendly staff ready to give advice, homely rooms design and a balcony - although it has no view due to the building position it was very handy to have a place to dry the towels and clothes after a swim. Breakfast was delicious, a lot of nice restaurants nearby and for small items there is a small grocery shop 5 minutes away

Sound insulation isn’t the best (but not too bad) - luckily my neighbors were not too loud, but I was glad to have brought earplugs

Location is excellent - very close to the beach. Breakfast was fabulous - exceeded our expectation. As we left early in the morning, we didn't have the chance to enjoy hot breakfast one more time. Diego was nice enough to put some stuff in a bag for us as take away breakfast. No comment on parking as we didn't drive to this place.

I preferred a room with a view of the mountains which I didn't get despite several requests after I came to know from the staff that there are two categories of the rooms at the same price. I was told it was already booked. Not sure how that would happen as I do not remember having seen any such difference in room types when I booked.

Great family-run property with very friendly staff. It's not far from the train station and the beach and sea, but far enough away to be quieter. A market and laundry are within 200 meters. Breakfast is good and the restaurant they are friends with is excellent too.

If I had to nit-pick, the room would be tight if you had more luggage than we did, and the bathroom only fits 1 person at a time to get ready. But this seems pretty normal for Mediterranean resort hotels at this price point.

Very good location, decent rooms, no hair conditioner or hand lotion. the receptionist was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Beds are comfortable. Neflex is available. He gave us information about the boat schedule, places to eat, and 10% discount off our meal.@ their restaurant. They offer umbrellas for guests.

The shower is too narrow, and the rooms are outdated. Breakfast was not included. No hair conditioner or body lotion.

Perfect location within Monterosso … quiet, but a short walk to lots of good restaurants and the train station. Also not far to the old town and more restaurants and shops. Staff were really friendly and very helpful and we felt very welcome. Breakfast excellent; very clean, and as above perfect location for exploring all of the villages with the train line being so close.

Breakfast was excellent and the location couldn't have been better so convenient to the train station restaurants etc. Bathroom could have been larger, especially shower needed shelving for toiletries. Need new bed. And also updating betting.

The location was perfect for us. Near a grocery store, lots of restaurants, shopping and ATM. Had its own private parking lot just for guest right across the street. The room was small but very clean and nice. Had a small refrigerator which was great. They don't have an elevator to the second floor, so you need to use the steps - however, the steps are not a full flight of steps - easy to navigate. Has a really nice front porch where you can sit and relax and watch the people. The cappuccino and breakfast were excellent in the mornings. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Location was great, no hills to climb! Room was comfortable but bath was a bit cramped. Breakfast was fine but didn't open till 8:00.

I booked and paid extra for a room with a terrace but did not get one. I asked if I could get a credit for the extra but was told I should have booked with the hotel instead.

Ground floor access, very friendly staff - we were welcomed every time we came back to the hotel. Staff at breakfast were very kind. Walk-in shower and personal courtyard with clothesline and pegs were a bonus. Nearby grocery store was very useful. I loved the decor!

Very friendly and helpful staff, Diego and Manuel are amazing and very welcoming. Location is perfect, so close to the beach and walking distance to the center. Breakfast selection and quality is so good. Very cozy hotel. Room cleaning is so fast. Very comfortable room. Will definitely come back again.

Nothing to mention. May be as an improvement, the third bed in the triple room could be more comfortable.
