Excellent place to sleep, and enjoy an unforgettable view from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff truly kind towards us. There is a pool, but bear in mind it will be cold unless you go in summer. One of the things we enjoyed the most was how close the hotel was to the beach, as long as it is not raining ;)

It would be nice if there was a snack bar or machine outside of the restaurant. If you are looking for something after 11:00 p.m. your options are limited to null. The same applies to nearby restaurants. This has nothing to do with the hotel but the area itself. Prepare in advance if you crave something late at night

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is close to main town area (short walk) but on a quieter side street. Very clean.

Walking directions from train station to property on Google Maps is not most direct or easiest way. Is confusing on first arrival. Staff at property have been in touch with Google Maps to correct this but not fixed so far. It is basically just down the main street and then one right turn - just have to find the street sign (they are small).

The location was beautiful and very close to the beach. The view of the hills from the restaurant was lovely. The single attic room was a nice size, bigger than most single rooms which I appreciated, also having a comfy chair to sit in was really nice. The staff were polite and friendly, especially the cleaning staff, and they were easy to communicate with when I had a potential issue in advance of the booking. Also the breakfast pastries were top notch! The lemon crostata was amazing!

Two small things. The shower drain would smell a little while after flushing the toilet and you could hear the toilet flush going through the drain, which seems unhygienic. I would have to run the shower to get rid of the smell, and it could be pretty gross. And there were no instructions on how to use the air conditioner and it wasn't super clear to me how it worked. It was fine when I first arrived but then we had a short power outage and it reset itself to just blowing cold air with no clear way to turn it off, and it took me a while to figure out how to get it back to the previous setting.

The grounds of the property are beautifully maintained, I loved having my morning coffee sitting at a one of the tables they have in the garden (there is no table service in the garden). Everyone: the front desk staff, the restaurant staff, the cleaning staff, the maintenance staff are so incredibly nice and friendly. I sincerely appreciate how helpful the front desk staff was. They cheerfully answered all my questions and allowed me to practice my Italian with them. My room was cleaned very well. I’ve observed that the quality air conditioning matters a great deal to some travellers. I had to raise the thermostat in my room because I was too cold at night. Their in-room air conditioning isn’t fooling around! As a solo traveller I was very satisfied with my single room. Though it’s been many, many years since I’ve slept on a single bed, it was comfortable and made the room more spacious. It was a comfortable space to hang out in during the hottest parts of the afternoon on my beach days. I was sorry to leave and I will definitely go back to Hotel Adriana.

I booked a last minute solo trip and found a single room at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations! I got a single room, which was small (but I was expecting it to be because it looked just like the pictures), but it was clean and comfortable and everything worked well. The AC worked perfectly, the mini fridge actually was cold, there were automated shutters so I could sleep in without having to wear a sleep mask. The room was clean and the bathroom was set up nicely - I have no complaints! The staff was super friendly. It was very nice to have the pool, which was refreshing and relaxing. It was just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. I was very happy with my stay!

Even if they just upgraded their comforters I think it would elevate the look of the rooms, but I really have no complaints I think this is a very solid 3 star hotel!

It was a great location. Easy to walk from train station on flat ground. And staff were wonderful. Beautiful terrace and outdoor pool. This was the most enjoyable element

Facilities were a bit dated

Nice patio with rack to dry clothes. Super convenient to train station, new town and short walk to old town. There was a beautiful pool but the weather was too cool for me! Excellent breakfast with great options and coffee. Affordable dinner options but you have to order prior to reservation. I wasn't sure what time I'd be done with exploring so I never chose this option. Close to hiking trail between Monterossa and Levanto. Close to trail to other 2 towns as well. Close to free beach. The staff were pleasant and check in was easy! Great wifi.

No complaints!

This was a very pleasant surprise. I booked Villa Adriana on short notice and I realize I got super lucky as I can now see why this place has a high demand. Perfect location a stone's throw away from the beach and right before the road becomes steep, so quite comfortable to walk. They have parking which was a blessing. Loved the vibe of the place, the building, a neat garden, nature around, a very nice and welcoming staff at the front desk and the restaurant. Simple and comfortable rooms, modern bathrooms, a balcony to relax after hiking... or to hang your gear to dry :D Overall, great base for hiking Cinque Terre, a short walk from the Monterosso train station and a bit longer to the center of town, yet, a very pleasant stroll along the coast. Very friendly staff, a hearty breakfast with a lot of options (for Europe) and dinners that are great value for money in such a touristy area. I hope I can come back soon.

Location is perfect. The room for 4 guests upstairs was very comfortable. We were 3. Breakfast was good!

The waiters at breakfast never smiled, and we felt rather invisible. We had to ask for coffee ourselves, as no one seemed to notice us. The general vibe from the staff was one of annoyance, as if they were thinking: ‘Ugh, more tourists!’ Only one waitress was kind enough to set up a table for us outside in the sun. Her effort was appreciated, but overall, the service was disappointing.

I paid for the buffet breakfast, and it was absolutely lovely. A nice assortment of pastries, eggs, cereal, and fruits. The staff was available to bring coffee or cappuccinos. I loved sitting at a table outside and enjoying my breakfast before heading out for the day. I never had any trouble finding a table. The hotel is a short little walk from the beach. If the beach isn't your thing, there was a swimming pool with lounge chairs, and I never had troubling finding a free chair. There was a lift, as well as stairs. The staff were always happy to fix a drink to take to the pool along with some little snacks.

Honestly, I have nothing for this section. I enjoyed my stay here so much. I guess my only critique would be that their options for dinner service at the hotel were a very elaborate multicourse meal, which is more food than I would have been able to eat, so I never did dinner at the hotel.
