The staff were very nice, the girl on the desk could not do enough for you. The breakfast great, plenty of choice. The pool was a good temperature. The Italian restaurant was also good just by the hotel but get their early as by about 7.30pm they were turning people away.

The only thing was that the changing room at the pool was awful. It was quite a small room for everyone to use and after swimming I couldn't get the light to come on. I had to keep opening the door hoping to trigger the sensor. Also there is a door that says toilets but it also says private - I went through the door thinking the changing rooms would be through there (hadn't spotted the small room at this point) fortunately I was still dressed as the 'key' didn't work to get back through to the pool and I had to go through the breakfast room and main hotel to get back round to the pool.

Breakfast was lovely, lots to choose from and easy to self serve Room was themed, not necessarily to my taste but just personal preference. It was comfortable and clean. Didn't get chance to use the pool but it looked good. Location was excellent just off the motorway. Pizza restaurant next door was excellent.

Great location for an overnight stop on the way to the South of France. Convenient electric vehicle charging. Nice swimming pool and clean modern rooms. Breakfast was nice too.

Quite expensive and nothing nearby (except one Italian restaurant) to get anything to eat in the evening

Breakfast was good, including boiled eggs and crispy bacon. I had requested a gluten free breakfast in advance and a plate with gluten free bread rolls and madeleines had been set aside for me. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and smiley. Room was clean and the shower in the bathroom was great.

No chairs in room, just a couple of stools.

This was a stop-off on our family road-trip and it suited our needs perfectly; a good-sized family room, use of the pool and various dining options in the hotel and nearby.

A separate toilet and bathroom is usually a good thing, but there was no hand basin in the toilet - though that seems to be fairly common in France

Our room was ready, was well equipped and clean. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The pool was very popular. The restaurant next door (diner) was good for our group.

Our family room had a very strange odour - musty, like it needed airing. Very peculiar! We opened the windows which helped. Disappointingly the gym equipment in the pool area was not available (only one machine out of 3). I wasn't asked to pay when I checked in or checked out, which got complicated afterwards.

We booked an hour before arriving as we’re travelling South through France. It was all very easy and straight forward. We were made to feel very welcome and the design was bright and had great appeal to the whole family. Breakfast was really great, lovely selection and staff were all very friendly

Climbing into the bath for a shower was tricky, it was slippery and no mat was available for inside the bath.

We arrived mid-afternoon, and had the pool to ourselves! We thought it was perfect :) We sat outside and enjoyed an aperitif, in the sunshine! Breakfast was varied. Coffee was great! We thought it was a perfect stop en route to the South of France/Spain.

The room's decor was a bit on the dark side.

It was very close to our route; it’s a little more expensive than the usual motels we stop in but the facilities were good - even a swimming pool! and the breakfast excellent.

The plastic under sheet on the bed makes it quite hot when sleeping.

The lady on duty when we arrived was excellent. However she was the only member if staff on duty so she booked clients in, looked after the bar and dud refreshments when required. She did everything in a pleasant manner. Apart from the health & safety issues of loan working I felt that the workload was excessive but she carried out her duties in a professional manner.
