All in all, it's a great hotel. We were two couples with two 3 years old, and they had plenty of activities. A couple of playgrounds, two different pools they can stand on. Small slides in the water parks. The food was good, it's an all inclusive so as far as those go it was above average:) The Greek restaurant is recommended. The pool in the room was great. The drinks that came with the all inclusive were great too. There's a really nice beach, really beautiful. The facilities in general, are really great and we had a great week.

There was a bad smell in the room. It got better when we left the doors open. Wasn't horrible, but you don't expect that from a five star hotel. We complained about it, but the hotel was fully booked, and by the time they offered something, (a few days after we arrived) they didn't have a room close to our friends, and the swim up pools in the rooms was part of the point... If you like Asian food, don't go to the Asian restaurant... There are many pools, but only two are heated up, in May most of the pools are quite cold.

The pools were freezing. My family doesn't want to come back just because of that. if the pools has a nice temperature we would come back for sure. the reservation to the restaurants are too difficult.

The rooms are beautiful, I like the layout for the family room which leaves some privacy if you close the door to the child area. Initial room had an odd view of a patch of land not owned by the hotel but the hotel moved us on request with no issue. If you like afternoon sun I would recommend the sea view rooms facing the mountain which is a lovely view. The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely. The buffet dinner was tasty although not much of an occasion meal. The a la carte are beautiful but open to the weather. The beach is not great - it isn’t run by the hotel but worth knowing if you want a lovely beach. There is a very nice beach 5 mins drive away (over one hour on foot due to mountain). The pools are very cold in April and more for a splash than a swim, a very small pool is slightly heated but still too cold for my kids. The water park is fantastic the kids loved it and so did I. The hotel is very busy in holiday times so there were occasionally long queues for ice cream or dinner. Overall a lovely hotel with some great elements and some downsides depending on your priorities.

There are 4 pools. One of them is called the blue zone, where intention is and rules state that it needs to be a quieter zone... no kids running, jumping, screaming, no pool toys or splashing in the water etc. We were very happy to see such zone, even being with our 10 y daughter ourselves. Unfortunately those rules were not kept, some lifeguards were not keeping the order based on these rules at all. Parents were simply ignoring them. Even encouraging their kids to dive when having a "no diving" sign literally 1 m in front of their face. One day one kid even pooped into a pool and it was closed for 3 hours.

Initially we got a room number on third floor without elevator. For us it was a problem due to stroller. But it was solved next day. In the blue bar, barmen Konstantinos was quite arrogant, was not willing to help with kids drinks - instead of advice just sent us to the other end of the bar - "Check out the menu yourself!". And overall he was not friendly.

Excelent service and delicious meals. A la carte restorans the best. Pools are clean and safe for kids. Staff was welcoming and responsive. Good location, destination to sea coast very convienient and beach is one of the best in Rhodes. Our room was cleaned daily and compliments was left - fruits, sweets and drinks. Thanks for that! Drinks, food and gelato are excelent. Kids was happy. 5 of 5 stars from our friends and family, hope to come back once again. The weather was so good and sea water so warm. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice resort with many pools, activities and facilities, staff was very kind and always helpful, buffet food was surprisingly good and every day they had different themes/specials so it never gets boring but also you can always have your favorites.

The coffee on offer was the instant coffee and the alcohol on offer was cheap, for example they had a fake Aperol. I get it for some guests who abuse the free alcohol but we had a drink or two the whole day and we would have preferred higher quality.

We loved the aquapark; slides were awesome, really nice staff. The hotel area is nice; breakfast and dinners offer many choices and the greek restaurant was really good. Snacks are rather awful, Bar staff was nice. Mixed holiday crowd so always someone to meet and start an interesting conversation. All in all, a great experience and we hope to be back soon.

While the setting next to a hill is nice, the neighborhood is all ressort hotels and super-boring. Do yourselves a favor and rent a car (in town/at the airport; there are a number of excellent local companies that offer great deals) and explore the beautiful island; Tsambika beach is big, Anthony Queen bay is awesome; Lindos is a must, Rhodos medieval town and the adjacent part with lots of nice shops and bars, a romantic dinner in Stegna's fish taverns, hiking in vallyes with endemic frogs and the famous butterflies (yes, they are also there outside petaloudes). For all of this, the hotel is a great hub and you never drive more than 30 mins.
