--Breakfast had no hot options, all supermarket bought items opened and served nicely --At Dinner you cannot chose to skip any course, you still have to pay the whole amount, there was no ala carte concept. Desert tastes were not nice. --The bed was not comfortable. --The pools were not heated

The staff was kind, welcoming and helpful. They accommodated our very late arrival (3am). The room was comfortable and the balcony was big. The breakfast was nice, good coffee, fresh fruits and more.

The room smelled a bit like people smoked in the room.

The hot water in the shower didn’t get very hot, aúne I didn’t know how to turn it on, also the door doesn’t close very well, which gets the bathroom all wet. The air conditioner makes a lot of noise during the night

Wifi was great by pool but very average in my room. My room was at the back of the hotel though.

I liked the kindness of staff, it is unusual to find people who are working so polites and who takes care of you

Nothing special. Satisfying for a couple of days while you explore the area. The breakfast was surprisingly rich.

Rather uncomfortable beds. The heating was fully functional. The radiators could not be closed because the heat regulators had been removed. It was 20 degrees outside during the day. Every night we had to cool the room with the windows wide open. Throwing money out the window.

Breakfast was the best. Staff is helpful. View was fantastic!

Beds were small. House keeping only available in the morning. If you miss it, they don't come back again.

Hotel staff don´t know what service means. They didn´t even say hello, when we arrived to hotel. I made a reservation in January and thought I booked Sea view room, but probably I made a mistake and we got mountainview room. They asked 40€ extra per day but we said we think about it. So we got mountainview room without mountains. The room was to side street and under the balcony there was concrete mill and building boards and renovation workers made a lot of noise with with tools. Also garbage drucks started picking up tanks after 7:30 many times per day and kitchenworkers were dragging tanks to truck with A lot of noise and talking loudly. In my 7 days resevation was that the renovation of jaguzzi and pool is ready per 31.5.2023. We arrived 30.5.2023 and nothing about renovation was told us. We saw the workers at pool and jaguzzi and there was no way to use eather of them. In jaguzzi was not water. When we saw that I told hotel we are not paying 40€ for listening noise of workers and there is no umbrello on big balcony. I didn´t see any people in 6 days at pool or seaview balconies. I was so dissapointed, as I came to Massa to carve marble and was dreaming of going after hard day to swim, couldn't do that even once. I called booking .com second day of stay and they called to Hotel and their answer was that renovation ends 10th of May?. There was no mention of on booking page 30.-31.5.2023 morning, but then they updated the date. Hotel told to booking. com person that they gave us free bicycles, hah, when we were leaving one day before payed period, they wanted me to pay the bicyles and I got really pissed of as they were lieing about giving us 10€ bicycles free for all this dissapointment, it is quite nothing and still they wanted me to pay it. Shocking I would say. Reseptionist was asking .. but you have payed 7 days why you leaving. I couldn`t say anything but enough is enough.
