We decided at the last moment to rebook one of our accommodations for our Interrail trip, and we were really glad we did. Elisa is such a gracious and welcoming host and made sure we were all set up. She went out of her way to make sure we had all the information we needed to explore Cinque Terre and the other surrounding areas, recommending travel routes and also sending us specific restaurant recommendations. On top of that she gifted us a bottle of a local red! The room was spacious with two comfortable beds and a good AC. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. The best thing was the location of the place which was close to the station and right next to the city center.

The window didn’t want to close properly which made it noisy at times at night.

Easy walking distance to train station for access to Cince Terre. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Secure parking near by.

Property was a little difficult to find. Fortunately the host spotted us in our car and directed us to their location. More importantly I did get many spam emails requesting further information regarding my booking else it will be cancelled. Don’t know if that is a booking.com problem or a problem with the accommodation. Anyway it was extremely annoying, hence giving the property a 8/10 otherwise would rate 9/10 for a short stay in La Spezia.

I had an amazing time in La Spezia/Cinque Terre. Specially because Elisa helped me so much. She was incredibly kind, gave me many tips (where to go, nice places, also for 5Terre), she was flexible with the check out and gave me chocolate when I arrived 😍. About the room, everything was perfect. Firstly, the amazing location, 3 min walking from the central station, 2 min walking to the city center where you can find many restaurants, shops, coffee places, pharmacies, supermarkets. The room itself was organized and super clean (both room and toilet), clean towels and bed sheets. I slept in a warm and comfortable bed, after a good shower with hot water. Also, at the reception, there was a coffee machine, in the room kettle for the tea. Really, everything I had everything i needed. I extremely recommend this hotel. When I come back I’ll book there again.

Elisa and Simone were so very friendly to me! Elisa sent her recommendations for the best restaurants and advises to public transport by Whatsup. The room was totally ok with basic facilities. The room was very clean. It had also safety box. The location is great: near to everything important: train station to go to Cinque Terre and all the places you want to visit in town.

Location is a great base to visit the Cinque Terre, about a 5 min walk to the La Spezia train station. The room was safe & secure and had everything I needed. The host were super lovely and accomodating. They messaged me everyday with updates on the boats & gave really good recommendations. As a female solo traveller the host also checked I was ok.

I liked everything & would re-book. The only thing I will say that in the single room the shower is quite small.

We totally loved this place. Super comfortable and clean. This was the only place we got real good sleep. The A/C worked! The owner is so sweet and super helpful. She gave us great recommendations for excursions and restaurants in the area. This place is in a great location close to the train station and central to shops and restaurants . We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. It was quiet, clean and comfortable.The place is also very well kept up. Modern and updated.

the apartment is just outside of the old town with parking garages close by. the hosts were waiting for us and coming for the check out as well and gifted us a bottle of wine. the rooms had everything needed and helped a lot with our itinerary. the beds were very good

it was a bit loud outside and upstairs and you need internet in order to communicate with the host about check in time. anyways the hosts were very nice and always helpful

Comfortable beds, outlets and lights are close to all beds. Bathrooms had bidets and good showers. The location is perfect for train travel, close to parking garages and places to eat and shop. There was also an espresso machine that we could use anytime for just one euro. The host provided directions and information and was the highlight of our stay!!

Excellent location, only a short walk from the station. Nicely decorated clean room with extremely comfortable bed, hairdryer, kettle and plenty of sockets. Everything that was needed for a weeks holiday. Elisa was friendly and extremely helpful providing plenty of local information about trips and suggestions for good places to eat.

Room could be a bit noisy at times but then La Spezia is a city.

Location is excellent - it is the very City center but triple glazing windows help and there's no noise. The room and the reception are equipped with anything you need, including vending machines. Rooms are stylish and the bathroom is new. Eliza, the lady who welcomed us, us so helpful, caring and kind. She gave us so many tips, it made our two days stay so much easier ( we even stayed for another day).
