The room was very pretty with a nice view. It’s in the middle of the center and it was so easy to park the car close by. It’s perfect location to explore Cinque terre The hosts are the sweetest people! So friendly. They made us feel so welcome! We were a bit lost to get to the hotel and she was helping us so well she even picked us up! Contact through WhatsApp is fast and efficient Lots of restaurants close by, vibrant city, nice port. Fun to walk around. Close to train station. Seriously perfect location to get everywhere from I would totally recommend this accommodation. You won’t regret it!

Location was perfect. Access to the main walk with restaurants and bars/shops was great. Elisa was very helpful and went out of her way to help with reservations, parking, everything. Nana's was an awesome dinner referral and steak place she helped us with along with getting some of the house olive and balsamic we loved at dinner. Help on Ferry vs train and other questions. Could not have asked for better help. Proximity to the main walk the Centrale Train Station and the Ferry was ideal.

Rooms done very good. Notbing to complain about.

Don't be put off by the building entrance shared with other people and the old elevator.

Elisa and Simon were wonderful hosts. They were at the property when we arrived. They provided plenty of information regarding local restaurants and things to do and were always readily available to answer any questions. The room was very clean and spacious with a beautiful view of La Spezia. The location was perfect too as it is only about 3 minutes away from the train station and a short distance from Cinque Terre.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

Best location, 2mins to the train station, close to all the restaurants and shops. Newly built/renovated minimalist room with hidden lights Simone and Elisa, the owners, were absolutely helpful and friendly, always available when needed. The restaurants they recommended were amazing. Some of the best food we had in Italy was in La Spezia thanks to their recommendations. The hotel does not have a restaurant or breakfast but Italian style breakfast is provided for free at a nearby cafe. The quality is average however I don't think this should affect the score negatively.

First of all: Elisa is an amazing host. She helped us with so much info, even reserved us a table at wonderful restaurant and we were welcomed by her as if we would be part of the family. The apartment was very lovely, beautiful bathroom and astonishing view. It sits in the middle of old town of La Spezia and thanks to the new windows you don’t hear any noise from outside. We highly recommend this place and will stay here again.

Simply said: nothing to complain

The location of the property was superb. A short walk down the hill from the station brought as to a gorgeous square and an amazing set of apartments with a massive wooden door. Elisa guides as all the way and met us upstairs where the room was a few minutes away from being ready. We were provided with a bottle of wine as a way of thanking us for the booking. Elisa helped us with organizing our Cinque Terre day and recommended some good places to eat. Thoroughly recommend.

The only thing was the lack of adequate coverings on the windows for our particular room. A lot of light was let in with a flashing sign from one window flashing bye throughout the night. However, we were so tried after our big days out we managed to sleep through it.

We were totally surprised to find this apartment on a main Central Piazza in a very large imposing renovated building with enormous doors opening on to a central courtyard - a very old building probably. It was a very convenient short downhill walk from the rail station. There is a small elevator, which was a relief for our group of three friends and baggage. The apartments are newly renovated and very clean. Our was a large room with three twin beds. Very modern, clean bathroom. The welcome from our two hosts was warm, even effusive, with offers of chocolates and drinks, quick check-in, recommendations for dinner and directions to walk to the waterfront plus an efficient tour of the amenities. the beds were basic and comfortable. We were only there for one night in transit between Cinque Terre and Venice but we had everything we need.

Coffee making in the room was with instant coffee or tea. While the coin operated coffee dispenser in the lobby wasn’t convenient without coins.

Extremely comfortable stay. Elisa was a sweetheart and explained how to get there with minimal issues. This location is close to the train station and made our train trip to Cinque Terre extremely easy. The room was clean and our stay was pleasant.

This location is in a plaza. To get to the doors you must walk across the plaza and enter a door code on the right of the big wooden door. We drove and parking was a bit of a hassle as it was either paid street parking or paid garage parking. This is not a hotel, it’s more like a B&B or AB&B. Breakfast was a voucher to a nearby cafe, not anything on site. The toilet seat was loose and it was cumbersome to get in and out of the shower.

We got there after a long days Travel, the location could not have been any better. We had a lovely view from our window, that was a bonus when waking up. The cold have done with better curtains, so bring eye mask if you're a light sleeper. Staff were super helpful.

Light curtains, but that was easily fixed with eye mask. It rained a little but thats no fault of the great staff. Id happily stay here again.
