Pleasant welcome by Luca, the owner. He advised us about the restaurants for dinner (favorite places visited by local people), walking to nice places, and explained us al the details regarding the planned family trip to Cinque Terre. Excellent accommodation, directly in the center of the town, very close to the main railway station, but we didn't hear any trains. Parking was organized for us in the nearby parking house. We really enjoyed our stay at La Spezia and will come again. Bonus info: La Spezia was out last accommodation during our family tour around the Italy. We stayed in multiple hotels and apartments, but the quality of the mattress at Lunamar was the best!

Duration of the stay was too short. Next time we will have to stay at Lunamar much longer to discover all the beauties around.

This is a nice clean place, with basic facilities, but a great location to explore La Spezzia and Cinque Terre and very friendly staff. Best thing about the property is the location, as it is 5 mins from the train station which is your main point of entrance to Cinque Terre. It is also close to the pedestrian area of the town, (5mins to the other direction), close to supermarkets etc. So, location is a big plus. Second best thing about the property is the helpful staff. Luca and the rest of the team are very nice, providing advice, suggestions...and even chocolate to our little one who got sick for half a day. Really nice people. The rest is pretty basic and nothing exceptional but we enjoyed our time there and we left with positive feelings.

Based on the description, we expected free parking which was not the case. Of course Luca gave us a great tip on how to get inexpensive parking in La Spezzia..but still the first impression was more on the negative side.

The location of the property is at the very center of La Spezia, two minutes walk to the train station. The family room was quite spacious. Every room has its own TV, my kid loved it very much. The double bed was super comfy. The owner Luca was very nice and friendly. He told us everything we needed to know for the Cinque Terra as we went there in the late afternoon just had a short visit there. The restaurant he recommended was great, but better have a reservation first, or you will have quite a long time waiting.

It was a great stay. Luca is very nice, we checked in late in the evening, he waited us on street and led us in. He then showed us on map the path to train station, recommended a few restaurants, and the path to harbor for a walk with great views. He also recommended the itinerary to explore Cinque Terre, his favorite hiking trails, etc. The rooms are clean, cozy, quiet, the beds are comfortable, everything is perfect with my family. Will definitely return next time.

The towels are all big ones, if small towels can be provided.

Good location, near the train station, if you want to get to Cinque Terre. Clean and comfortable. Big, clean and comfortable bed. We had 2 coffee capsules, for the first morning. We stayed 2 nights. Very good communication via WhatsApp

It was cold (2 degrees outside at night), the radiators didn't work, we had to use the air conditioning on heating, and that was ok. Some small kitchen items would have been useful - some glasses, a teaspoon, a fork, a plate...for the fruits, cookies and beer we bought

Everything! Firstly location is incredible at the top of the main pedestrian area right beside the train station. Literally couldn't be better. Luca is an exceptional host, so attentive and friendly. Any questions he was able to answer instantly and always available. Lucas recommendations!! He recommended the best route to navigate Cinque Terre, the best value and the best villages. He also recommended incredible restaurants in La Spezia that were superb value and authentic. We brought our dog and had zero issues. Will 110 percent be coming back and recommending to others!! The location of the Lunmar was excellent! A short walk from the train station which was ideal for what we needed. The room was extremely clean and it had everything that we needed. The security in the building and courtyard was excellent. Our host Luca was amazing, super helpful and always smiling! From booking until departure communication was very good! Breakfast was across the road at a lovely wee cafe, the staff were welcoming and service was good.

The apartments were on the ground floor. The toilet had a net curtain I felt that a blind or shutter would provide more privacy.

Location was perfect, few mins to main station and walking distance to sights, shopping area and restaurants. The staff were all super helpful and very friendly. communication on what's app with questions was really quick and easy. The building is very nice and exactly like the pictures, we even got a bigger room than expected. Very clean and very comfy bed, heating was great also as it was cold and rainy when we got there, it's a busy street but even at the front of the building it was super quiet. . Totally recommend staying here and great price

Everything is perfect. The room is very comfortable and clean, and the location is excellent - just a three-minute walk from the station. Breakfast is enjoyed at the coffee shop across the street, and it is delicious. The owner is kind and thoughtful, helping me carry my luggage upstairs and providing detailed local information. They also recommended some great restaurants. If you're going to Cinque Terre, this is the best accommodation, and I will definitely choose to stay here again.

No!! Everything was perfect!

I 100% recommend this accommodation especially if you plan to visit cinque terre, as it's only a couple of minutes from the train station, which made it very convenient! Luca is great! warm and welcoming, ready to help with everything you need. The room was spotless clean and i had the best shower of our entire trip!
