Location opposite station was great and very close to restaurants and easy walk down to the port.Very friendly,homely and clean..nice comfortable lounge. Staff very nice and helpful. Good cold buffet breakfast for 10€..plenty of pastries etc and there was also toast. Room and bed comfortable with AC and safe

I had a wonderful visit! The location across from the station was incredibly convenient, just steps from many restaurants. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The property was inviting, cozy, and spotless. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of cold items, including pastries and other treats. The room was comfortable, equipped with air conditioning. Overall, this is an excellent spot thanks to its comfort, prime location, and outstanding service—I highly recommend it!

The facilities are clean and comfort. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned but very well maintained. The hotel owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great if you travel by train as it is located opposite to La Spezia train station. Elevator from train station is available and just walk across the street to the hotel.

Well located if you want something more affordable when visiting Cinque Terre. Right next to the train station terminal. Location in La Spezia is really good since the main streets are within walking range.

The location is great. One of the best place to stay in La Spezia if you want to visit Cinque Terre. Right in front of the train station (2 min walk). If you want to visit La Spezia, the main attractions are at least 15-20 min away. The hotel offered me a parking card, with free parking around the hotel, in the blue marked spots. It was not easy to find a spot, but there are some available most of the time. The area where you can park the car is 2-5 min walk from the hotel. The Wifi is good (50 mbps), with a stable connection. Good breakfast, with delicious sweets.

Perfect location with regards to the train station. Easy to come and go. After a long day of flights and arriving at night by myself, it was a welcome sight to get off the train and see the Hotel Mary sign right in front of me. (Cross the road, head a little left to the steps going down, then walk to your right a bit to get to the front door. Very quick and easy) Good restaurants in the area just 3 or 4 minutes by foot. The room is nothing fancy but is well-equipped. Electric blinds keep the room cooled during the day, a/c worked well too for the few minutesi used it. Nice sized window that opens and let's in plenty of sunlight. View is to the building across the alley but sheer curtains allow both light and privacy. Wifi is good. There are toiletries as well as slippers. Good lighting, desk with chair, luggage rack and a closet. There's a bidet, too. The elevator holds 2 people and some luggage. It's tiny and cute! Staff, including the ladies in the breakfast area, are very kind. Breakfast (10 euros) worked well for me though there was no hot food. Eggs are hard boiled. This is an excellent option is you want to visit Cinque Terre without the high prices. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would stay here again.

It was fine for me but a larger person might find the shower to be a tight squeeze. The mattress is on the harder side (which is OK for me) but the edge where you sit is starting to sag a bit. It should be rotated or flipped. I didn't notice it unless I'm sitting there. Overall it's a quiet place but you can hear noises such as water running etc from the room next door. Unless someone was talking in the hall, I never heard voices from surrounding rooms. Like most hotels.
