Very good and friendly communication with the hosts. Everything was explained to us upon check-in. We were given a room with comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning, and a handy refrigerator for chilling water. The room was cleaned daily. We had access to a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker, microwave, and large refrigerator. Nearby were shops and cafes where you could have breakfast or grab a takeaway. It was very close to the train station, from where you could explore the Cinque Terre region. We highly recommend it. We lacked for nothing. Best regards, Paulo and Stefano

I booked this place last minute as my accomodation had fallen through elsewhere. The property is located very close to the train station such that you can hear the trains (black-out/sound proof shutters do reduce the noise). I did not explore much of La Spezia but it appeared to be conveniently located to the centre. I contacted the owner who allowed me to leave my bags prior to check in which was most helpful. My initial impression of the property was it was a little dodgy, but this would later prove to be incorrect. There’s an old lift and strange communal area with a kitchenette (no oven or stove) and a table with a comically large selection of brochures all the while clean and orderly. Upon my return from a day of hiking I found my room to be exceptionally clean. At this point in my trip I had also stayed at a hotel with daily cleaning services that couldn’t compete with Le Tre Spezie. I used the kitchen to make a salad and had all the utensils I needed. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner very effective. The bathroom facilitates were modern.

It did not bother me but perhaps the noises of from the train may disturb a light sleeper.

Its always good to meet great host & perfect stay. He was very helpful to receive us & help us to park our car & always available to help us. Its a clean room for stay of 3 person with super clean & don’t forget to thanks for air conditioning in Italy heat. Kitchen was shared though again its having all the things to have your small dinner or bf.( kithcn hv refrigerator/ utensils/ microwave) Room is at very prime location. 5 mins walk from railway station & 10 mins walk from main market.

Nothing bad but there is always a room for do better. 1. Host can provide 2 key for electricity socket. 2. One small induction stove in kitchen can make kitchen complete.

- handy location with train station which connects you to Cinque terre, Rome, milan, Genoa etc. Also next to pharmacy, supermarket and good Italian pizza (Luna) - aircon worked amazing - free coffee in morning was amazing (proper bean machine coffee) - very friendly staff and easy to make flexible payment

- although the property was clean upon entry, we thought it would be better if our towels were changed and bedding also. I think if we had asked it would have been no problem however. There was also no toilet roll however when we asked this was quickly resolved.

It was clear the owners took pride in their hotel. It was very clean. They rented 3 rooms that shared a lounge area and kitchen. There were snacks. Note on finding the hotel: When you exit the train station, there is a glass building that houses and elevator and stairs that lead to the street below. Go down one level, turn right, go under the bridge and the hotel is on the right. The train is only 5 minutes away which was great for visiting Cinque Terre. Historic area and harbor are a 15-20 minute walk.

It was on a busy road so there was traffic noise. Closing the windows helped with that.

Very good room in a flat converted into a guest house. Clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed for our 1 night stay. Very good location, close to the train station. Our host was excellent and helped us find a parking space for our car near the guest house.

It might be a good idea to provide two keys for the electricity socket in case one person needs to leave the guest house.

Good size room, great shower, comfortable bed free coffee making machine, fridge in the room and shared kitchen. The kitchen is shared between the 3 rooms in the accomodation and is equipped with cutlery plates and cups etc and a microwave although there is no oven or grill. It is quiet at night. The accomdation is on the4th floor and accessed by a lift or by a climb up the stairs. Responsive host.

Very friendly staff, we met Paolo and his daughter who was translating in English and they were amazing. The accomodation is nearby the city centre and 5 minutes to the train station. Very clean and quiet room, highly recommended.

Location is not so far from La Spezia train station and supermarket. The rooms very clean and they also have share small kitchen outside that convenience for us. Able to access by elevator and key card, very safety. We are lucky to stay here, La Spezia very nice city and easy to go to Cinque Terre for one day trip.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We liked how elegantly it was furnished. The shared kitchen was well-equipped. The apartment has a great location near the train station and city center and all necessary stores and lots of restaurants are in close vicinity.

The accommodation has no private parking, but it isn't difficult to find a free parking spot in a street nearby.
