Close to train station, luggage storage and grocery stores

The walls are paper thin, we could hear the girls in the next room when they where in the room and residence upstairs. Earplugs are needed. I’m the description it said garden and mountain views, we had neither, our room door was next to street parking and Main Street. I did take pictures of the room and bathroom especially the damaged sink in bathroom and light in sleeping area, as I didn’t want to be blamed for this damaged.

It was only 6 mins walk from the train station. We booked a room for about 10 people in a huge apartment for good for 14 so very spacious but only one bathroom. All the amenities are in good working condition. Fridge/Freezer, Aircondition and Lift/Elevator which was a life saver for all our heavy luggages and we even got a chance to wash our clothes with the washing machine. Very good stay. Bonus experience: The key to the main entrance jammed in the door, we couldn’t turn it for whatever reason as we tried to open it. Ciro, the landlord, was one message away and he came to rescue us in the middle of the night. Very approachable and even if he doesn’t speak much English, he uses google translate to communicate to us which was so nice of him. Also, we’re right next to a convenience store.

No reception so you have to message him in advance time of arrival so he can meet you there. He lives off site. Also, no left luggage option. All very minor.

The apartment is really cozy, clean and spacious. The toilet has plenty of space. It is close to the main train station--just 7 minutes walk.

The main door of the quadruple room is a bit hard to operate-- design is more of a window that opens and closes differently. You have to study the mechanism through trial and error before you can master it.

It’s attached to someone’s house (the owner) and it was quite noisy at night time.

Everything that you ask for! The location is next to the train station, which we needed to get to Cinque Terre and Portofino, our cars are safely parked behind the fences and the owners helped us even parking and leading to very close parking place. House has everything that you need, clean and very spacious. Hosts were wonderful people. Loved them, their friendliness was fabulous.

Spacious bedroom and a 5 min walk to the trainstation, very convenient! They kindly gave us a very early check in and otherwise we could already store our luggage before going to cinque terre. It's quiet at night which is amazing!

It's good value for the price, but nothing luxurious.

Host was really kind and friendly! Rooms were clean and looked nice. Bathrooms were also clean. Location of the appartments was also great, close to the station!

Only one bathroom for 10 people was maybe a bit to little. 2 beds in the 3 and 4 persons rooms were not really beds and were too hard to sleep on so every night someone else would sleep on them. Apart from that we had a great stay at your appartments!

the location is about 8 minutes walk from La Spezia. the property has tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom is modern and clean.

Does not have luggage storage facilities. if you are planning to use it as a base for Cinque Terre, like we were, that’s a problem. we had to scramble to make alternate arrangements to store our bags without which we would have faced a lot of difficulty. There is no reception though the host communication was prompt on Booking.com app. The property does NOT have a kitchen— not that we needed it. Our apartment was on ground floor and you can’t open any window which makes it a bit claustrophobic.

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with both heating and air conditioning. It is quiet and close to the train station. There is a convenience store downstairs. The landlord is friendly and helped carry my luggage. He is also lenient about the city tax. Check in and check out very quick.

The bed in the living room is a bit uncomfortable.

The location of the accommodation is very good. A few minutes walk from the train station. The accommodation itself was fine, everything was clean. There was a small fridge, air conditioning and towels. The owner was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. We had forgotten our headphones at the accommodation and the owner was helpful and sent them to us by shipping service to the Czech Republic. I recommend this accommodation!
