It was very close to the port and very clean.

The communication for the check in and check out was very impersonal. You need to pay for basic stuff like water.

The rooms were nice and clean and well furnished. It was a comfortable stay and the host was helpful. Overall a nice experience, with the marina and many restaurants / shops / markets in walking distance.

We stayed here 5 years ago and were a little disappointed that you had to now pay for the 2x coffee pods and 2x water bottles that were once complimentary. Unfortunately the building also had a bad sewerage smell and main building front door was under renovation which didn’t allow you to always close the door behind you, to feel secure.

The room was huge with a lovely bed and facilities. Location was very good in the town. Very pleased with excellent communication with agent Enrico, by what's app (including photos of where key pads and lock box were located). Our friends also booked a unit in this complex through another travel agent. They had issues which were able to be solved by Enrico....well done! Coffee shop across road. Very close to Port for boat trip.

Very disappointing that there were costs for coffee pods in room.

Modern & Comfortable room. Cold air condition. Nice facilities, daily cleaning. Pretty good location. Check in was easy enough, however the host contacts you via whatsapp and you have to send photos of your documentation over message.

Advertised coffee machine for use, but then charges for using pods. Advertised sound proof rooms but you can hear any other people / doors from the hall. Issue with the electrical work - lights turned on and off by themselves at times but luckily never during the night.

Our stay was honestly great! We were contacted a few days before and someone gave us a step by step on how to do the check-in (it was really clear and easy). The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable we had the best sleep ever! The location is great and it's very close to everything (you have restaurants downstairs, the sea is only 5 minutes away and the train station is 15-20 minutes away on foot). Would definitely recommend 😊

An excellent hotel with a convenient location — in the city center and close to the coast. The room was clean and cozy, with pleasant renovations and stylish design. It had everything necessary: towels, a hairdryer, and a coffee machine. We especially appreciated the large number of power outlets, which made charging devices very convenient. The staff was polite and attentive. A great place for a comfortable stay.

Water and coffee were not complimentary.

Everything was great. Everything you would need for a few days of exploring Cinque Terre and you got to see the best sides of La Spezia as well. Was enough to the train station and nice and clean

The only thing I would comment on is that the rooms are very close together and you can hear other people in other rooms, there was a dog staying while we were there which barked a bit which was a little bit annoying

Good location, friendly staff. They ordered a taxi when we needed one and offered advice when requested.

The aircon likely needs to be serviced or filters cleaned. We had the AC on the lowest setting and after sitting in the room for a while it did not cool down enough. After we approached management to ask for a new room they advised they were fully booked but offered a small fan to help which it did and were grateful for it. Breakfast would be better if offered a bit earlier than 8:30am. Many tourists tend to head out for the day quite early especially in summer so there were a couple mornings we missed out.

Excellent location for the port and the centre of the town.. The room was compact, modern, well designed. The bed was very comfortable. As a place to stay it all we could have wished for. I would highly recommend it for a stay whilst in La Spezia.

I found it strange not having anyone on site, but in fact that was not an issue
