The property was clean, nice air conditioning and comfy bed.

The hair dryer kept dying on us and we only were given one set of keys even when we asked for another set they didn’t have them. (Not horrible just not convenient) We also had a lot of ironing and the room wasn’t equipped with one. We were allowed to use the communional iron but felt like it was an inconvenience. We liked staying in the place but if you are a light sleeper it may not be the place for you. (Walls are thin)

Is located centrally near the city center and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Also the trains station is close and there is a bus station near the apartment. The host is excellent, they gave you a lot of tips and information. Is very client oriented, one of the best hosts! Thank you!

Great location and perfect for a few days stopover in La spetzia Maristella went out of her way to welcome us and explain the city to us, walking distance to the marina and train station. A wonderful welcome pack of treats was delicious

The room was clean and modern and the beds were super comfy. We were greeted with free prosecco and snacks. The bathroom was a great size and the windows were excellently soundproofed, it was very quiet even though the hotel is in the heart of the city. The host was lovely and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable.

No fresh towels but our stay was short

The place was so well planned. It was neat and clean and the interiors were full with nautical knot designs. The color was was also cool for the eyes. Located near the port, bus station and the centrum. Host was very friendly too and helpful.

Our key was kinda hard to use to open the main door but that’s it. Nothing too complicated.

Everything was perfect, clean room, excellent communication between us and the host, attention to details, (shower cap, small snacks, pleasant smell, prosecco and cold water) all these turned our stay intro a perfect one.

The room was lovely, very convenient for restaurants, and travel. On arrival there was a little complimentary bottle of Prosecco in the room and snacks, soft drinks and water.

Perfect location to explore Cinque Terre with some great restaurants and bars close by. It's only a 15 minute walk from the train station or a 5 minute walk to the port. Very quiet and felt very secure. The staff were very welcoming and gave some great recommendations!

I liked the detail in the presentation, arrangement of the towels with chocolate, the minibar with water and fruit juice, snacks, cleanliness.

For me, nothing to dislike.

Location was great. Very good value for money. Very fresh and clean. Lovely gifts from the hosts and excellent lift. Great pizza restaurant next door.
