The location of the apartment was great! Daily cleaning. Super friendly staff and comfortable bed.

The TV was not good since it was so slow when I was watching YouTube. I would suggest adding some smart TV that includes Netflix, Prime, YouTube, Disney etc. In short some smart Android TV will be a great plus for entertainment.

Spacious room and bathroom. Good spot in La Spezia central area. Housekeeper is nice to help keep our luggage after check out, despite not understanding English, we used Google to communicate.

As management of this apartment do not know English, it is difficult to communicate. Had tried to message in advance to ask about baggage placement if arrives early. Had to wait outside main gate, as lock code was not provided in advance! When message via Booking, managed get an immediate reply & sent someone over. Apartment housed in old building 2nd floor, which uses a old manual lift. Night time was noisy outside till wee hours! Hair dryer in our room was spoilt.

Nowhere does it say on the booking that you have to ring to contact the host to access the property, however once contacted he arrived within 10 mins.

Right in the city center, about 10 minutes to the train station. Extremely clean location and close to many great restaurants. Easy check in and check out. Very friendly host, she took the time to give us some tips and tricks for our itinerary. Coffee capsules, snacks and tea bags in the room Breakfast was good, we served it in a café very close to our room

The wi-fi didn't work during our stay but it wasn't a problem for us as we had enough data in roaming and we used it.

Everything! The staff cleaned the room and restocked it daily, which I really appreciated! The host was very kind and generous. The room has all the amenities listed, there's also coffee and tea maker (with capsules/tea bags provided too!), TV with YouTube and Netflix included, shower is comfortable and clean. The street it is located on is brightly lit with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants, only a short walk from La Spezia Centrale. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe walking there in the late evening hours 🙏👍 I should also add that a free breakfast is included in a nearby bar with good pastry choices 😋

The guest house is in the city center. Just 10 minute from the La Spezia Centrale and the harbor. The room and the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is good Internet connection and air-conditioner.

The check-in process. My advice is to inform the host before to arrive.

The property is at a great location, it was clean and had everything we needed (even hair shampoo in the shower). The host was very nice and helpful!

The only remark was loud streets, we could hear people passing but we slept fine!

The place is right in the center. Itwas better than I expected, clean and comfortable. A big plus for the mattres and pillows, they were hotel quality. The room was cleaned daily. It was good value for the money. It looks like in the pictures.

Very central, comfortable. Clean, modern. Very good stay for the price, all in all we would recommend and come again.

It was a bit difficult to get into contact with the host as there’s no regular reception. Took a while to get an answer via email, booking app or WhatsApp. Air Conditioning was not really helpful for warming up the room.
